What a spacious and beautiful home! We had plenty of room to spread out, we slept comfortably, and had a great time fishing the river off the back pier. The view from the living room/kitchen was wonderful, and the home as a whole was cozy. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place to stay with everything as presented in the listing. I felt like I was staying with a good friend. There were so many small details that enhanced our stay. We had a great time fishing, playing on the beach, and watching ships from the balcony. Bring your binoculars! But whatever you bring be sure to bring drinking water as suggested in the listing. I plan to return again soon. Best beach house for the price point we have stayed in with the Gulf at our front door.

I had to reschedule our trip twice and it was super easy both times. Melissa was very responsive and the house was just as described. The location can’t be beat! We will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at the beach house! Absolutely loved the location and how it was just steps away from the water! The house was clean, well maintained, and we had everything that we needed. Cheyenne was a great host and very accommodating! I requested an early as well as a late check out and she made that happen for us, which we truly appreciated! Would definitely book this property for our future beach staycations! 😊

The home was just as described. The beach was so close we could easily run back to the house if something was needed. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and the wagon. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful time. The beach house was cozy, quaint, and relaxing. It was a great place for a short getaway to unwind.

We stayed here a few years ago when the house was new, and we tried again last year but a hurricane came the week of our trip, unfortunately. I am happy we were able to come back this year. The house was just as perfect as the first trip when it was new. Danielle is very responsive and gave us all the information we needed to make it a great vacation and a hassle free trip again. The house is very clean and had everything that we needed.

Super cute place, everything was described To a T, except we had barely any water pressure in our unit in the shower and it’s also well water too, just thought that would be helpful to know. Other than that, satisfied with the stay, 5 stars for sure.

This was our second stay at The Mark at Surfside—and definitely not our last. Kristin has created a space that makes every arrival easy and every night restful. Everything was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully stocked, and perfectly located for a no-hassle coastal stay. We travel often, and it’s rare to find a host who consistently delivers comfort and convenience at this level. The Mark checks every box for a reliable, relaxed getaway. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property very nice for a peaceful weekend retreat. Great ambiance and everything you need is there. WiFi works great, great place to unwind and clear your mind. We loved it and definitely recommend to anyone contemplating going!

This place was amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone that wants to have beach access at the front of the door. Very peaceful and I was able to bring my fur baby to enjoy the getaway weekend with us.

What a great view, you just step down from the house to enjoy the beach, super convenient:) Being able to hear the ocean was amazing, deck space is huge and private, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful spot! Very spacious and quiet. The living room and kitchen was very big and nice open floor plan. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious as well. The walk to the beach was a very quick walk as well. I would recommend this location to others

Love staying here when we go to Surfside. We have stayed at this address 3 times now in 2 different units. No shoes necessary to get to beach! Walk down the stairs from the unit, and you are on the beach. We always stay in the lower units … not the top ones. The porches on the lower units get the shade from the units above them. The kitchen supplies aren’t great. We bring our own sharp knives, frying pan and ziplock bags or storage containers. The space is minimal and functional. Just what I want for the beach, frankly. Bed was really, really comfortable and we slept great each night. Great location. Best location on Surfside, IMO. The beach is much less crowded here compared to the locations closer to the bridge. And there are 2 restaurants walking distance as well as ice cream shop even closer. 979 properties is very responsive. Never had any problems with them.
