Built 2023 - high end spec is set in 1.5+ acres of established garden - nestled by a stream accessed over a small bridge lots of places to explore - large open areas with a pond, home games room/ gym, fire pits, hammocks, table tennis and more. Quite magical at night with the tree lighting. Centrally located in the heart of Pembs. I truly feel this setting is quite unique and simply beautiful but don’t take my word for it.

The Folly: A charming, secluded waterside cottage.

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

Central location for the whole of Pembrokeshire, beaches, cliff walks and hills only 25 mins. Our estuary great for birdwatching. This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.
