真的非常喜歡這棟villa 下次去清邁一定還會住！！🩷

Nathaorn went ABOVE and BEYOND to host our group last minute, and with lots of forms for our group. So awesome!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house was very clean, very welcoming. The host was very accommodating. Even my kids were very happy with the accommodation, they really felt at home.

Za is one of the most helpful host ever!! She introduced a lot of local activities and spots to visit, and also helped us to rent a car.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.

Our Dearest Host Nida, We will definitely comeback and stay at your place again soon. Nida is a very responsive, kind, friendly, helpful host. Me and the family stayed at her place for 11 days and we loved it. the firepit, the garden, the fish in the pond and the location is close to everything. We Highly and deeply recommend her place. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and thoughtful, making the check-in process seamless. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Logement vraiment magnifique! Les plafonds sont immense il y’a un étant avec des nenuphare tout autour de la maison, c’est encore plus beau que sur les photos!! 3 grandes chambres avec 3 grand lit double! toute la villa était pour nous! La dame qui s’occupe de nettoyer la villa était très sympathique 😌 Un peu loin de la ville aucun grabe disponible, mais très reposant. La villa aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf sur certaine installation mais ce n’était pas dérangeant je recommande cet endroit et j’y retournerai sans hésiter pour repasser une semaine 🥰

What a beautiful property, for an excellent price. Fabian was extremely helpful in helpful in ensuring we were checked in and okay. Highly reccomend.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for family size accommodation with great facilities (they have a superb gym). We also really liked the location on a safe and secure complex with an excellent little family run coffee shop/restaurant just 5 minutes walk away.

We were searching for a quite place after some travel time and found it. The house was perfect for me and my two children to relax and everybody could enjoy time on his own in different rooms. The house is big and clean and has a nice decor. There is a garden arround with different sitting areas to have a coffee or read a book. Even the main roads are easy to reach from the house, you cant hear any street noise. A shopping mall and street shops a reachable in a few minutes with the car. Siri is a wonderful host. He gave us all information we needed and was helpful in all situations. He asked every day if anything is missing. It was easy to contact him via Whats app. He helped us organizing a doctors appointement and drove us in the city, helping talk to the doctor. Thank you for all your kindness and help. You gave us a feeling of having a home and a friend.

A great place to stay. It was near town and also not to far from the airport. The place was very peaceful and beautiful. Definitely highly recommended.

Nádherné a čisté ubytování, které bychom každému doporučili. Jen lokace je mimo všechno dění, takže bez auta nemáte jídlo a ani se neprojdete po obchodech, každopádně ten klid za to stojí.

Beautiful home with everything you would need it felt really comfortable all amenities were spotlessly clean and beds firm but slept very well. Have stayed in the this location previously and we hired a car but it can be a struggle when getting a tuk tuk or red bus home at night so always used grab who gave a door to door service. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of beautiful friendly cats who always said hello would definitely recommend.

wonderful stay with a warming host, always been checking us out & introducing us to places, the location is just very convenient as it was just beside big C, the house is perfect for family with kids. thank u merry for being a excellent host, we will be back again. love

Lovely host and charming little house which is newly renovated with taste. The neighbourhood is a bit quiet for foreign travelers I feel but a valuable environment for a small group of friends or a family looking for an affordable and peaceful environment offering close access to all activities in the Chang Mai area.

This Villa is very nice. We feel very privileged to stay at Natalia’s place. The villa provides us a sense of being at home and it also creates a peaceful atmosphere with the decoration. It’s a bit outside from the old town, not too easy to get a bolt or grab, but we managed at the end.

The landlord was very helpful and provided detailed directions, so we arrived without any issues. The house is in a quiet location, and it’s quite convenient if you have a car. The interior is clean and tidy, with all appliances and furniture fully equipped, making it very convenient. We had a pleasant ten-day stay here without any problems! Thank you Mai Yee!

第一次来清迈，选择了姐姐家的房源！附近711和mini莲花超市很近！到老城区和宁曼那边都是大概二十分钟左右到车程，每天玩到晚上就直接回到安静的房源。房间设施很齐全，房东姐姐非常友善，就算很晚发消息也会回复，到达那天比较晚也出来迎接我们。谢谢在清迈给我和朋友家一样的感觉。
