private accommodation with a shared pool. nice views from the roof top. well equipped kitchen. this accommodation is 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the nearest 7-Elevens, at the center of this area. the Italian restaurant at the front of the property is very convenient, and delicious food.

It's my 5th time in khao yai and Korn's place is my favourite! Absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings but yet only minutes away from gorgeous restaurants and places of interest. The Mango House - 7mins The Chocolate Factory - 16mins Midwinter Restaurant- 8min Banmai Chaynam - 25mins Pak Chong Night Market - 20mins Big C - 15mins Thames - 15mins Hokkaido Flower - 13mins Sunflower Fields - Manee Sorn 20mins Overall Superb Location!! My family loved the pool and it was a nice touch to light up the fireplace in the evening while the kids were having a dip in the pool. (we were there in Jan so it was a bit chilly in the evenings) Perfect for a family get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The kitchen is well equipped and korn even prepared a carton of water for us when we arrived. We felt comfortable in this lovely cosy home 🏡 would definitely come back again ... Korn's friendly staff would come by in the mornings to clear the pools of any leaves and sweep the front.

This place exceeded our expectations! Went with a large group of friends and this place had everything we needed and more. Loved how easy it was to check-in via door code, they had slippers lined up for us and numerous appliances and items such as an outdoor bbq/airfryer/karaoke machine/speakers/projector/board games!! The basement games room with disco lights was perfect for our nights in. The host also stocked the fridge for us so we did not even have to think about getting groceries for breakfast. We went for the Khao Yai Marathon and this was a 5 min drive from the start line. Amazing stay and super clean, lots of communal spaces within the 4 storey townhouse. The rooms were also larger in real life than the pictures shown. Will be recommending this to future trips with friends, this would also work for large families. Thank you so much!

Nui and her staff were absolutely fantastic! very hospitable, kind and active. The Apartment was clean, cozy and very comfortable. This will always be our place to stay when we come to Khao Yai. Thank you Nui for everything!!!

Our stay at Apple’s place in Khao Yai was nothing short of incredible! As a fellow Star Wars fan, I was absolutely thrilled by the home’s architecture—a subtle yet brilliant nod to the AT-AT. It added such a unique and personal touch to the experience, and I truly appreciated the creativity and passion behind it. The house itself was immaculate, with thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and memorable. Apple was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and full of great recommendations for exploring the area. The house is so lovely with spacious common area surrounded by nature. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped! The host welcomed us warmly with food and everything. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to enjoy kayaking as the rain was quite heavy during the stay but everything else was more than perfect! This is such a lovely place to enjoy your peacful time with love ones. Would love to go back again!

I love this place. It is immaculate, and the house has a stunning mountain view in an Italian house style. It is great for a holiday for a big family.

Cozy accommodation and friendly host.

Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

Very nice place, privacy, easy check in, quick response to chat, clean room, weak in the place, but not a problem. Very good overall if you have the chance to stay here again.

The stay was perfect, away from tourism. The staff of the residence take care of you during the stay.

This is a great little apartment near Khao Yai National Park. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was even provided which we weren't expecting! It appears by the door each morning, so if you have any dietary requirements make sure you tell the host in advance. Unfortunately we didn't so couldn't eat the breakfast on the first morning, but we messaged the host that day and then the next day we had a veggie breakfast delivered! The wifi was temperamental and didn't always work. We also found the mattress far too firm for our likely, but still managed to have a good night sleep. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Khao Yai National Park. It is in quite a remote area, so you do need to either have a car or make sure you have pre-booked taxis. There aren't any grab drivers around here. Although Roma restaurant is only a few minutes walk away, and the village is about 25 mins on foot. Overall, a great stay!

The place was fantastic. Quietly located but quickly in the action by car. The pool was great and the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. SansaNeeya was also very friendly and responsive. The description for check-in was accurate. The place was clean, as everyone should take off their shoes. I especially liked that :-)

Lovely pool with lush greenery. You must take that walk/drive to The Peri Hotel just beside for B299 buffet breakfast. Not to be missed.

Good, but the smell of the mattress and TV equipment should be updated. The air conditioner smells bad.

It is a nice place to stay that makes for a great vacation.

Very comfortable with everything you need for long-term stay. The place is unbelievably quiet and the common area is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Being able to swim and go to a small gym or study room is a plus. There is also a clean water machine in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend for people staying at the Thammasat University.
