Our stay was wonderful. The apto is extremely cozy, and has a beautiful view of the beach of Itaúna. Great location, there is a bakery in the front that is delicious, in addition to the proximity to the surf culture of the place. We love it very much!

Wonderful days that my family spent in Herminia's apartment! Super kind, attentive to everything. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, impeccable cleanliness, exemplary communication.

Jorge and his wife were very attentive from the beginning, making check-in flexible both on arrival and departure, and always available for what we needed... the accommodation is very good, comfortable and private, beach house style and about 150 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the market... close to good restaurants and shopping area... I certainly recommend it.

Perfect place to be in contact with the nature. Waking up to birds chirping and walking along the beach is priceless. To access the store, you need to go by car. Well-maintained garden and swimming-pool!

The dry beach neighborhood is very nice and has a variety of commerce. The house is in front of the lagoon, which is beautiful and very clean. It was just across the street and we had feet in the water. A 5 min drive is dry beach. The condominium is quiet, nice neighborhood. The owner was so kind and promptly answered my questions. It was perfect for hosting with children.

Our stay was simply perfect! Isabel was an amazing host — super attentive, kind and always available to help us with whatever we needed. The apartment was impeccable, very well equipped with everything we needed and extremely spacious, which made all the difference to our comfort. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely stay with Isabel again!

Apê Barrinha was excellent for our family, the amazing location in saquarema, close to everything, a few steps from the beach. It is a space for family to spend great days, the balcony above with the barbecue is the focal point of the apartment, perfect for those who like barbecue, with a freezer and refrigerator on the second floor. Having 3 bathrooms is great for those in a group. It is important to remember that the Apet is on the second floor, having a flight of stairs to climb. A small inconvenience was only the work on the street that made a little noise and raised dust , but it is something temporary that will definitely finish soon and will make the street much better. My family and I recommend Apê Barrinha!

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

I really liked the apartment, everything was very clean, great location, Mary was always attentive. Communication with Claudine was prompt, everything was perfect. I intend to come back again and again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ro's house... The highlight of the accommodation, without a doubt, is the location... Very close to Itaúna beach and in a great spot for those with children, with clear and calm waters... Local shops are nearby and it's worth taking a bike ride to the Center on the bike path. The house is simple, but quite functional, with necessary utens for those who prefer to prepare their meals. It's in a very quiet and family-friendly condominium, my son loved the pool in the late afternoons and my pet loved to walk around. The hostess was very friendly and helpful in proposing the best for our stay. I also highlight the affection and education of her parents, who were very welcoming. This experience was very worthwhile and we hope to return soon!

Great for couples with children! Safe and with various entertainment options. Apto mto bom and super recommend. The only point that can improve are bedding (towels and sheets) that are reasonable. The landlord is polite, kind and nice to talk to.
