The apartment is very clean and comfortable and is in great condition, since it was built a short time ago. It sleeps well 3 people. Good location. The host is kind and attentive. I'd come back again.

The apartment is super well equipped, everything is brand new, all the utensils are great, great location, closed garage!! The host responded very quickly and has total skills to deal with the guest, easy check-in, everything very clean and great amenities!!! To be perfect, especially in the summer, all that's missing is air conditioning in the bedroom, as it's only in the suite, but it wasn't needed at this time of year (May), maybe in the summer it will be more needed. But with the level of the accommodation, I think the host should already have this improvement on the radar. But I recommend this accommodation with my eyes closed.

The house is excellent! Ampla, well decorated, airy and offers everything for a great stay. Kitchen utensils and crockery are new and in great condition, and the two rooms are air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The condominium is family, very quiet and quiet. The location is great and the access is super easy. Communication with the host and co-host was always quick and attentive. I recommend with my eyes closed and would come back for sure!

It was wonderful, I spent my birthday in a very special place, I highly recommend it, everything is very clean, cozy, super safe and well located in the heart of Saquarema, we will definitely return more times

This is the second time I stay at this location. And I hope to catch it available on my next vacation. The unit is clean, has great space, AC, good internet connection. There are great food places for lunch, breakfast, dinner, snacks around it. I was able to walk to different places for everything I needed. Allan is always responsive, and helps with questions or anything needed really. My favorite part about this location is that it’s right by the sea. The view is incredible. I was able to spend my days at the beach and walk up whenever I needed something. Allan, thank you for allowing me to stay there again. Your place is truly the best!

Everything perfect, the very dear Ana, has helped us in everything we need. The place is gorgeous, a wonderful terrace facing the sea and with a Tbm view of the lagoon and mountains. Well-equipped accommodation and closely matches the listing. We hope to come back again and again.

Carole is a pleasant host with whom communication was easy. Her apartment is convenient and well-equipped. It is located across from the lagoon and close to the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped. One of the two bedrooms overlooks a fairly busy road even at night which can be noisy sometimes. I recommend it overall.

My stay at the apartment was excellent! The place was clean, well decorated and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, on the beach sand and with access to wonderful restaurants. The host was very attentive. I highly recommend this space for those visiting the city.

Eliane's accommodation is better than it looks in the photos, clean and organized building, perfect cleanliness in the apartment, exquisite accessories and utensils, and we even arrived with some treats in the fridge. I recommend it and will return whenever I can.
