Situated in the best neighborhood in the city, the apartment is located 3 minutes from the beach by foot and a 5 minute drive to the center. Bakery, market, fishmonger and Mexican restaurant about 3-8 minutes walk from the place. Suitable place for both Surfing, fishing, and resting. The apartment is also ideal for those who want to be close to the Surfing championship. At night you can hear the sound of the sea in the apartment.

Relax in our grassy garden with trees, enjoy our pool overlooking the sea and have special moments in our gourmet area with barbecue facilities and beer tap. Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.

The entrance of the modern house is framed by tall cacti and decorative plants. Clear glass awning provides shade, while large windows allow natural light into the interior. A pathway leads to the main door, offering a welcoming approach.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is rustic, but extremely functional and comfortable. It's our niche, so it's got our style. We will be very happy to welcome your family. The house is super well located, close to excellent markets, bakeries, restaurants and the main attraction: the BEACH. In this accommodation, we do not provide towels or bed linen, but the house has all the structure for your comfort. Full kitchen, TV + Wi-Fi.
