Shantanu has a very homely place, his caretaker Mr Roshan is also very polite, helpful while being unobtrusive. So here's the basic necessities lowdown - 1. Ordering food & home-needs stuff - You can order via Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato - so almost all aggregators & delivery agencies work. We used ALL OF THEM. Has lift. 2. Kitchen - VERY clean & basic utensils available, including the soap to wash them with. Induction available. 3. Washing clothes - Front load washing machine rocks! Kindly arrange your own soap, as that is your own consumable. Drying is a breeze with the balcony & draw down flexible hangers. 4. Washrooms - One Western combined for the master bedroom, one Indian with separate bathroom. Post meal handwash basin available, so you wont have to use the kitchen washbasin, that is very important for Indian families who want basic separation due to ritual purity needs. 5. Cooling - AC, 1 Ton, available in both rooms, Fridge in Kitchen is very well maintained.

breakfast was amazing and air conditioning was very comforting during the night experience of staying yhr night there was 8/10 but a few issues occurred with the wifi could've have been much better it wasn't working very weak other then that its great.

It was a wonderful stay at Periwinkle. it is a cluster of 5-6 such different rooms, flats that are coverted to home stay. It is in commercial building, but there was nothing disturbing to your stay. The moment you enter the house, you feel amazed due to it's airy interior and it was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything was at its place and was clean. Material used for the furniture and washrooms were of very good quality. The Owner Sariya M and the caretaker Mr Sachin, took good care by continuously keeping in touch. They were very clear that we will give you rooms by 2.00 pm and if you will come early, we will try to take your luggage and will try to accommodate. So that was a good gesture. Only problem, which we found was that one of the head shower was not functioning properly, which we conveyed to Sachin and he has promised to look at it. 4 hours diff. between Check out time (10 am) and check in time (2.00 pm) is quite long. It could be reduced to 2 to 3 hours. All The Best

The place is what exactly we are looking for the peace and relaxation from the busy life of metro-city. Worth going. Mandar is a very good host. We made new friends there (Jemmy, Rita and Gaurai). Looking forward for our next visit..🤩
