This is a wonderful place. We were with couple of families having small children of three years. A great place to be very good swimming pool. Mausi was there to take care of our food and needs. Umesh was always a call away. Will love to go back to this place again soon

Green, peaceful, beautiful, relaxing. We couldn't find words to describe the great time we had at Nawabie’s villa 34. Our only wish is I would like to stay longer. Many thanks for the welcome and numerous attention given by all staff. Cook and Caretaker were friendly and attentive . The pool was ideal and the house was thoughfully decorated.Gated complex felt very safe.The best part since it’s closer to Mumbai that makes it’s a perfect gateway. Thanks to Nawabie Hospitality team for making our stay memorable . Will visit again !

I had a fantastic stay! The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The real highlight was the incredibly helpful and caring caretaker who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The homely and delicious food they provided added a wonderful touch to my experience. Highly recommend this place for a truly enjoyable stay!

hospitality was top-notch, with Sajju Bhai being extremely supportive and always ready to help with anything we needed. The villa was cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. A special mention to Harshal Bhai, who was incredibly sweet and polite, making us feel truly welcome. And of course, the egg bhurji was amazing—definitely a must-try! Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The housekeeping services were excellent, keeping everything clean and well-maintained. A special mention to the housekeeper’s cooking—the food was delicious and added a homely touch to our stay. Also, a big thanks to the caretaker for helping us fix our punctured tyre, which was truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely love to come back!

This is our second stay with host Banika. Good place for us to have a stop-over during our long cross country drive with 3 dogs. This place is good for a big family. Now we could see a few new restaurants have opened up nearby this property. Peaceful and quiet pet friendly stay what we wanted in between our long drives.

only negative point is while booking it is written that there is shared pool. But once you reach there the pool is inside a club house and to access the club house pool you have to pay 200rs each person. Otherwise the property and location is awesome.

My family & friends have enjoyed the time at the villa... spaces are neat & clean... furniture were in good condition and swimming pool was also very clean and maintained... I recommend the place...

"Eze nof" This villa is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner Mr.Amitji is very helpful and the villa is perfect for sudden plans. me and my cousins absolutely enjoyed the view from the villa. Watched the sunrise and sunset. Relax and unwind in the peaceful surroundings. Take a swim in the infinity pool. you can Go for a walk or hike in the nearby. area.

The host is great and has a helper who will help you get everything you need. Cooks amazing breakfast! However the place is a little difficult to locate without help. If you want to stay inside the place mostly - it’s amazing and has everything you will need but rent a car or scooty if you even want to get out to the town.

We highly recommend a stay at Yana Farms! Unlike other villas, stay here felt like home. The villa is spacious and has an old world charm, the pool is nice and big and the food was delicious! We appreciated the host’s efforts to personalise our experience with suggestions of activities in and around the farm like dinner in the orchard, visiting neighbouring vineyards, hike with a private guide to a near by nature reserve. Kids enjoyed petting the cows & feeding the ducks. There’s also a beautiful earthy meditation temple in the property. Looking forward to visiting again!

Lush Villa in Igatpuri was a wonderful retreat for our weekend getaway. The villa is beautifully designed with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a serene environment that made our stay truly relaxing. The staff was attentive, and the service exceeded expectations. What a property. Its in a prime location. Pool facility is amazing.... both the helpers Madhuri ji and Datta Ji are super supportive. Entire property is beautifully located. Host was available all the time. Even if you are planning a visit in Summer..... the place is quite cold after 4 pm. Shopping option is available whithin 4KM. Best part abt the place was Terrace. Very nicely made and and Terrace view is amazing. So if any one is planning a day out.... This is must recommended place.

This listing is at a great location. The crew just needs to ensure that it is clean as the listing was dusty and dirty when we checked in. One of the bathrooms was noticeably dirty. Once informed, the caretaker cleaned up the place. Also we were surprised to find no stove or hot plate induction to warm up food or even make tea/ coffee. This needs to be specified in the listing. Overall, the hot tub was functioning well, there was hot water on demand in the bathrooms and the caretaker were extremely helpful in arranging the bbq, bonfire and cleaning up the place . Kudos and hopefully the management makes some improvements on the basis of our recommendations! Thank you, Aditya
