This was a gorgeous place! It has a bohemian feel and features many charming details that are one of a kind. We especially liked the balcony, kitchen, and shower. In terms of location, it is in the heart of a lively neighborhood with tons of cool restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There was a great Saturday morning market down the street. And Beco de Batman is very close and a one of kind street art experience. Due to club across the street, it can be noisy throughout the night on a Friday and Saturday, and we’d recommend ear plugs. Overall, it was an absolutely beautiful studio and amazing neighborhood to be in.

Being able to see the sunrise was the highlight of being in this apartment! Henrique was super gentle and I spent beautiful days on the beach with my mother :)

The stay was great, really close to the subway, the house is well equipped, I just missed a frying pan (I don't know if there was one and I couldn't find it). José was great from the start! I saw a comment talking about cockroach babies, and in fact, they exist, but I don't think it's related to cleaning. We arrived and the house was fragrant and tidy, only the shower stall was a little dirty, but nothing that bothered us. I recommend it.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decoration and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

I spent a week with my family in this home and it was very tasty!!! The house is super cozy, spacious, well equipped and surrounded by nature and quiet, precisely what we were looking for! Rodrigo was an excellent host, gave us clear instructions, very useful indications of nearby services and helped me with all the questions, always responding promptly. We will definitely return!

The house is beautiful and super spacious, it was clean, fragrant. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and also has all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a portable water filter. We love the hot tub because it is heated and allows you to enjoy the outdoor space and the barbecue even more, even in winter. The place is close to the beach, SESC and also has a market that has everything about 2 blocks away, you can do everything on foot. We went as a couple + 2 sausage dogs, and Bertioga beach in May is super quiet, we were able to enjoy it a lot with them, in addition to being lucky to have a weekend with a really cool event "Atlantic Forest Festival" free with typical food and very good music! From the beginning, Guilherme was super attentive. We thank you immensely and we will definitely be back.

The host calls it a refuge? Wow, that's right, a quiet place, really super pet-friendly, a large enclosed space, it has everything, nothing is missing, a hot shower, a delicious hammock, calm from the entrance to the exit. That's exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Space for pets where we would be relaxed with them running and us feeling the peace of that place... I'll be back... Beautiful house... Check-in and check-out were very nice too

Simply a 1000. Exactly as in the photos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patricia is always willing to help us. The only inconvenience was a party that was happening on the next street, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

Tony was an excellent host. He was communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend booking the house.

My stay at Mr. Antonio was seven days, reunited with my family, whom I had not seen for a year: children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, relatives and grandchildren. It was a real game-changer! I met incredible people and blessed wines, and I had full assistance. The place is peaceful, perfect for a moment of mental hygiene, and it also has nearby beaches. The condominium is super safe and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience! We rested, walked, interacted and enjoyed every moment. Mr. Antonio is to be congratulated for his hospitality, always very attentive, as well as the caretaker, Mr. Valdir, who was extremely helpful. For those looking for a cozy retreat, I recommend these days in Guaratuba.

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

It was an excellent choice. Marcelo, the host, a super accessible, kind person, and I really felt at home, as he said to feel. Everything was organized, clean, and I found it even more welcoming and high-spirited than in the photos. I enjoyed being there for a longer period, because the region has everything, access is easy, the neighborhood and staff are polite, the environment is functional, easy to keep in order, and it's fun. From the window, the view is really special. My experience was peaceful, both to study and have privacy, and to explore this region a little more. Staying longer was a good choice

The stay at Roseli's apartment was sensational.
