It was the 2nd time I was there and I'm already planning to return. This time, the upholstery of the sofas were renovated. Charming and functional as everything in the house. It is evident that it is a cared house, with constant maintenance to welcome and receive always. Large, equipped house, easy to clean and beautiful. For her to be perfect, I would order towels and linens to ease the logistics and space in the luggage car. But it has the pillows, which helps. Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

We were received by Carlos and his girlfriend in a gentle and friendly manner, the space exactly matches the photos, for those who want to escape from crowds is a great place, my dogs have taken advantage of the outside space a lot. The container is spacious and has everything for a quiet stay. Pega little dirt road, about 5 minutes.. just follow the location sent by Carlos that works super well. Carlos lives near the container and offered help for whatever it took. A very good differential is ctz the tub.

The residence is wonderful, cozy, every corner with a special message, kitchen with all the necessary items, everything clean and organized. Andrea is a wonderful host, always available, with a sensational spirit. A setback that arose quickly resolved. The market, pizzeria recommendation made it a lot easier. We hired Juliana's service, what an enlightened and competent person! Pro Ativa, excellent cook. It certainly made a difference in our stay.

Eliana was super attentive and kind. In addition to a walnut cake waiting for us for the afternoon cafe, she also left snacks for our hairy, an amazing affection:-). Family outing, eight adults and one child. We were perfectly installed. The farm is exactly as described, spacious, airy rooms, a complete kitchen and a wonderful pool. And also the very complete game room, billiards, foosball and simulators, it was excellent in the hours when we were not in the pool. A great place for recreation... Very close to the center, but we practically didn't leave because we went to enjoy the space. Rogério, our host, was very friendly and attentive. Respond quickly to all questions. I only have to thank you for hosting.

We had an amazing weekend! The house is wonderful, all very clean and organized, wide and airy! My son loved the tramp bed, and the leisure area in front of the house. We want to go back now!

Fernanda's house is a charm, super well equipped to enjoy with family and friends a quiet place full of nature. We spent the carnival with friends and it was perfect! We advise to arrange tours and snacks/meals in advance as there are no quick delivery and no restaurants nearby open every day. The markets are also at least a 20 minute drive from the house. Many options around boat rides and sports, beautiful landscapes.

One of the best experiences I've had in airbnbs (and look at what I've been using the platform for almost 10 years)! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures, all extremely clean and organized. Communication was great with hosts Clau and Mari, who are also very friendly and welcoming. The house is wonderful, they thought of everything, even the smallest details of the decoration. The house was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen is well equipped, we managed to make all the meals quietly. The place of the farmhouse is amazing, very large and all walled up, so my dogs enjoyed it a lot. The barbecue is on the pool side, which is good too. The children loved the toys in the farmhouse. The communication with Leonardo and Vanessa was great, they passed all the necessary instructions and always responded quickly. There is a market right in the back street, close enough to buy something that was missing. The check-in was very quiet, and they also anticipated, so that we could enjoy more time. We hope to return soon.

Mr. Elydio served very WELL, always tried to demonstrate, attention and commitment ,the videos he sent as Instruction helped a lot, the place is very beautiful, but the access leaves to be desired, we ended up getting rain, it was very complicated , because on the day it rained a lot, and to get to the place , the road was bad , (arriving at the property) , The downside was that the women who were in the house felt bothered by the housekeeper being around all the time, and there was a neighbor (I believe) who stood by looking at the house, even changing positions when he couldn't have a cool visualization. The very comfortable rooms, the very complete kitchen, the clean pool, the place is very interesting. To leave we also had a certain difficulty, even one of the members of our class ended up mired in a climb. The fact that the cell phone does not work anywhere and has no wifi is bad for women and children, only one operator works the signal ( of course) .

Our stay at Chácara Yporam was very good. Very kind host and the homemaker also kind and helpful. The property is well maintained and equipped. The Chácara is well-designed, with good and intelligent use of the area, diverse spaces and tasteful environments that welcome and serve guests very well. The house is very practical and it was very clean and organized. The decor is pleasant with comfortable furniture. Good bed and bath linens, all well organized and with excellent presentation. We really felt at home, everything worked well.

Delicious pool, with pearl, shades, spaghetti, volleyball net! In addition to all this is still close to São Paulo and the side of São Roque, where there are so many great options for restaurants! In São Paulo I am used to waking up to the noises of cars, but there we are graced with the sound of nature. On one side we have a farm as a neighbor, and on the other, an extensive native forest. We spent Carnival 2025 with great joy and fun, and we felt welcomed in the space. Faberson lives up to superhost recognition. However, I leave some opportunities for improvements recorded: - Sunshine on the pool deck (that green sun court in one of the photos of the listing does not exist); - A second ceiling fan upstairs; village council - Renovation of the foosball; - TV in the barbecue area; - Tank or washing machine; - Lubrication on the doors of the bathrooms of the suites so as not to make noise when opening in the morning; - Replacement of the suite 3 sink, as it is very small. Even with these notes, I would return and recommend it to those who are in doubt about the location.

Wonderful stay with a very affordable price for carnival season. In addition to the space, on site has two divine dogs. Extremely attentive countryside in which they stayed with me throughout the stay. About the house nothing is missing to have a good stay. No noise and very quiet. The host was not opposed to anything and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. I will come back more often. Ah, those who opt for a cold season, in the house have réchaud for those who want to make fondue.

We spent incredible days at Arthur's estate, an extremely clean house, well cared for, a cozy, spacious house. Kitchen with plenty of utensils, clean pool, well trimmed grass. Incredibly there are no perks, in that period, at least, we had very hot days, giving you plenty to enjoy the outdoor area and cool nights. It exceeded my expectations! I hope to come back soon!

House with wonderful forest, we caught a day of heavy rains with thunderstorms and despite oscillating and having rapid falls we did not run out of power, wifi works very well (I recommend leaving the cell phone in airplane mode with wifi on, it saves a lot of battery because there is no signal nearby)

I loved staying at Sandra's farm, we enjoyed all the spaces very much, the place is very quiet, total privacy, the house has everything you need to be well accommodated, we cooked, we had a barbecue, we played pool and foosball. The pool was clean, beautiful and Wonderful. I highly recommend Sandra's farm, the only observation is that the farm's street has a climb that is really steep and needs attention when climbing, the car can slip!!!
