The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time much easier. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 a.m. and had to wait until 2 p.m. to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Loved it !! Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. Everything was very organized with care, towels, super fragrant sheets. Very good shower. Great location close to shops, I took an Uber to the mall and it didn't even cost $10, the city of São Vicente surprised me positively. Host Bertha is a compliment in herself, very polite and always willing to help us, she explained everything well with tips and etc, a sweet person. I just have to thank you 🤍✨

The apartment is new, well furnished and very comfortable. Exactly as in the pictures. The communication with Nelson and Carla was smooth, they always responded quickly and gave us clear instructions about the listing, check-in, checkout, and were very helpful. The location of the condominium is good, with a nearby mall, many options for food and leisure.

The stay was incredible! Everything was clean, organized. There was everything we needed! Including coffee and some cookies to please! All the care and assistance we need! Patricia treated us very well, quickly and clearly! Clean sheets and bedding and comfortable bed, as well as all amenities. We'll definitely be back when we get the chance.

There's no way not to give 5 stars to the accommodation and the hosts. The place is, in addition to being very beautiful, very functional. We have the basics we need for a peaceful stay, I didn't miss anything, everything went well! Highlighting the positive points - excellent location, with everything we need nearby: market, pharmacy, cafes, malls, accessibility. The local security drew attention with police on every corner all the time, as well as all along Avenida Paulista, this was excellent! The reception is always very friendly. The view from the apartment is fantastic. Again, I thank Antonio & Ellen for the excellence from the service to the accommodation. We were left with the feeling of wanting to come back and stay in the same place.

very interesting accommodation for those looking for the center and using UBER, but the neighborhood's security is lacking. The structure of the building compensates for this part by having a concierge and several amenities in the building
