Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

all the same as the photos, excellent space, a personal opinion: there was only one coffee maker missing, a lot of coffee in the course of the day...but this does not neglect the space is just an observation ...in everything.

I recommend it! We had a great time there! Cozy, well-equipped, clean, with structure (TV and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room). The condominium pool is very good and is two blocks from the beach (we went and returned on foot without problems). Very good condominium orai service! Amanda was very helpful with instructions and service. Check-out was flexible (which allowed us to escape the traffic on the way back!). I recommend it! And we'll definitely be back.

Terezinha is an excellent hostess, very kind and helpful. The apartment is like the pictures. It is close to Shopping Colinas and is easy to access other neighborhoods.

Everything was excellent! Quick check-in, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Excellent location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all close to the apartment. Clean, impeccable location, air-conditioning, everything perfect! Highly recommended!

Excellent option , all new well equipped , excellent location ( a lot of noise at night due to the bars of the region, which does not disturb the night) ,air conditioning and weak for the size of the room, and lacked only a water filter, the rest is ok. I RECOMMEND

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.

Check-in without difficulty, helpful and cordial staff, host with good communication, spacious apartment with great structure, necessary utensils for a good stay. We felt well accommodated, the structure of a cozy family atmosphere. Check-out without difficulty. I think it's ideal for a family experience.

Edgard was very kind at the reception. The house is very good, it offers comfort and many amenities, a super nice and comfortable house. The area is very good and close to the main avenue where there are several cool options for night and day too. I highly recommend Edgard's accommodation.

Tomas was extremely requested from quotation to check-out, always very kind. The house is very cozy, we went in a couple and a small pet and the size was excellent, it has a good structure to not have to worry about anything, many utensils in the kitchen that make the stay very easy. The weather was perfect for enjoying the sunshine in the private pool during the day and in the late afternoon where it starts to lower the temperature if you take shelter inside the house to watch movies and eat snacks. We will definitely return, the space is very tasty.

We rented the house because our wedding was in a buffet in the mountains and it was the best thing we did! It was super quiet to arrive, quietly accommodated 25 people, has many bathrooms, mattresses and the area of the barbecue is very tasty to enjoy in a group! In addition, the house is impeccable, very organized, clean and has everything you need. And Emerson and his wife are super quiet and available to help with anything you need during your stay! Super recommend staying at their home! It was really great!

Lutz’s home is beautiful. I modern clean oasis in the middle of the most beautiful mountains. Simone the caretaker was wonderful! We will definitely come back!!!

The house is wonderful and very comfortable, we went in six people and three dogs and everyone loved. The site is close to the beach and is exactly like the photos for sure it would return
