I wanted to thank Mr. Bira, great house, super cozy, clean and organized. He was super attentive to me and my friends, we went to the nearby beach and he indicated other nice places. In addition to helping us, we had a car problem and even though he was far away, he was able to help us. God bless you and I intend to come back again and again. The house is great, with everything I wanted and needed! The location is good, easy to get to and close to the beach! That grass in the front makes all the difference for sunbathing and for the dogs to run free! Denis is super attentive and helpful, gave instructions before we arrived and tips on restaurants, market and attractions nearby! We loved everything and we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

My family and I spent wonderful days in Riviera! John was extremely attentive by giving us all the information in advance, and whenever we need it, he also responded quickly. The apartment is beautiful and quite complete, as advertised, literally feel at home. The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

Family outing, eight adults and one child. We were perfectly installed. The farm is exactly as described, spacious, airy rooms, a complete kitchen and a wonderful pool. And also the very complete game room, billiards, foosball and simulators, it was excellent in the hours when we were not in the pool. A great place for recreation... Very close to the center, but we practically didn't leave because we went to enjoy the space. Rogério, our host, was very friendly and attentive. Respond quickly to all questions. Chácara is really foot on the asphalt, the market is 300 meters away, we take things with us, but the bread and other things we need to buy without great difficulties. The cafeteria is a tasty muuuuito, it seems to have a great acoustics (who are in the barbecue area do not hear the noise in the rooms) and in the tbm pool. House was clean and well organized. It had pretty much everything we needed in the utensils part, which I didn't have to turn around in any other way.. The area of the grill in tasty, from to close if it rains and to stay quiet, has a wood stove and tbm oven, in addition to the barbecue... there was a plate, you could make a nice barbecue snack hehehe.. Priscila was very kind and proactive, from when we started talking through the app until after our entry! It's worth it, we'll definitely go back.. As a point of attention to new guests: it has a lot of stairs and a lot of pernilongo (but we are in nature, so normal, right?!)

Mr. Elydio served very WELL, always tried to demonstrate, attention and commitment ,the videos he sent as Instruction helped a lot, the place is very beautiful, but the access leaves to be desired, we ended up getting rain, it was very complicated , because on the day it rained a lot, and to get to the place , the road was bad , (arriving at the property) , The downside was that the women who were in the house felt bothered by the housekeeper being around all the time, and there was a neighbor (I believe) who stood by looking at the house, even changing positions when he couldn't have a cool visualization. The very comfortable rooms, the very complete kitchen, the clean pool, the place is very interesting. To leave we also had a certain difficulty, even one of the members of our class ended up mired in a climb. The fact that the cell phone does not work anywhere and has no wifi is bad for women and children, only one operator works the signal ( of course) .

Mariana was very attentive and helpful. We were 4 adults and only had 2 beach chairs, on the same day he bought and had them delivered. Just as in other situations. The house has a very nice and spacious outdoor area. Good cost-benefit and we will rent other times for sure.
