Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

My family and I spent wonderful days in Riviera! John was extremely attentive by giving us all the information in advance, and whenever we need it, he also responded quickly. The apartment is beautiful and quite complete, as advertised, literally feel at home. The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

The flat is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach! We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is by street, about 3 blocks or so. We just miss having a cart to take the extra chairs and cooler to the beach. We used the extra umbrella too, because only the beach service one is small, we had 3 children. The cart was missing, but we managed. The apartment was clean! Quiet building, helpful staff. We spend a lot.

The apartment is very well located and has a very good leisure area. It has a heated pool upstairs with a beautiful view of the beach. Claudia was always very attentive! We love the stay and we intend to return!

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️
