Lina was a great host and provided a delicious welcome basket and a beautiful home for our family vacation. She was very accommodating with our early arrival, allowing us to leave our luggage while we waited for the cleaning staff to finish and was also able to provide a late check-out at the end of our stay. The home is in walking distance of all downtown site seeing, and just a few doors down from a restaurant where we had our best meal. I highly recommend this home for all the above reason and more. Thank you again Lina for making our stay a great one.

Great family place to stay. Kid friendly, spacious, with farm animals for little kids to get to know - our 2 yr old loved the cows, dogs, cats, ducks and chicken. Also was very fond of the little kid park they have - it was enough to keep him entertained for an afternoon all by himself (miracle our days). Everything else was great - they left us a welcome basket with local goodies. When we forgot to buy some eggs they readily gave us some. When we requested more toilet paper, garbage bags and towels they provided. All in all great place for a family to stay.

100% recommended site, ideal to reach any point of the island and very quiet area. Beach access in just 100 meters. The accommodation gives you the necessary amenities to have a very peaceful stay. Thank you to Maria for your attention and care.

The best place ever, it is more beautiful than in the pictures, big green surroundings/nature around (the farm is really big). We were welcomed with some nice goodies from the farm (really nice breakfast), which we really appreciate that touch. Great communication with the host and always friendly! The apartment is very centrally located and perfect for exploring the whole island. We were greeted with many local products. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was also great and included beach towels and a parasol! The sleeping area is beautiful, cozy & very quiet. It has no wardrobe, but a dresser and a clothes rail. Since we didn't have our own terrace, we often used the common area outside. This has a sea view. For 9 days, we would probably take a larger apartment with a terrace on the next visit, which is also a little more practical for rainy days. On rainy days, it is quite humid in the apartment. However, a dehumidifier is available. We highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime! Communication with João was always great and the list of excursions, restaurants and recommendations he sent us in advance was great!! Thank you for the time.

Great stay at a beautiful property, would definitely go back!

The apartment is very well located, extremely central and ideal for exploring the city on foot. It's clean, well presented, and perfect for a short stay (up to 2 or 3 days). In my opinion, it may not be fully suited for longer visits, as some aspects of comfort and practicality could become limiting over time. That said, the host is incredibly responsive and proactive, always willing to improve and take feedback seriously, which is truly appreciated. Thank you for the warm welcome and the professionalism throughout our stay!

The apartment was great, very good location and the balcony view. Elisabeth is great host! When we have had problems with hot water she helped us immidiately. The apartment was clean, however there was mold on walls and ceilings especially on the upper floors. Also there was mold inside washing wachine, we have had to clean it before use.

We spent a week at Pedro's and we really liked it. The apartment is as described and photographed. Modern, comfortable and very clean. We had a spacious kitchen, well equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was very useful after visiting the thermal pools. We were lucky because for half of the stay everything was just for us (the other similar room was empty). The apartment is perfectly located, close to the shop, after a short walk you can reach the center of Ponta Delgada. You can park for free along the street. It was also close to the airport, which helps a lot in organizing your stay. A great starting point to get to know all the attractions of the island. And there were a lot of them, as Pedro told us. The host was very helpful, willing to talk, gave us a lot of valuable advice, making our stay even more attractive. We recommend this place to all those who want to relax and get to know the island of Sao Miguel in comfortable conditions.

We had a wonderful stay at Eduardo’s place and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed, with grocery stores nearby so we could make breakfast. We also made dinner our last night. Close to restaurants and the thermal springs. Loved seeing the sunset from the upper back deck. We would stay here again!

Rene’s place is very comfortable with a beautiful view and two en suite bedrooms, which was perfect for our needs. It is newly renovated and immaculately clean. Rene’s son welcomed us and recommended several excellent restaurants within walking distance. We loved the central location across from the Lagoa “piscines” (swimming area) and would love to come again in the summer!

We had a lovely time, the place is ideal for big groups. Ana was extremely helpful with anything that we needed. The house is fully equipped, clean and close to beautiful hiking trails and a 10min drive from ponta delgada. Big recommendation!

The apartment was very nice and clean. Check in was easy and the apartment was well equipped. We appreciated the information booklets that were in the apartment, listing places to see and things to do. Recommended restaurants in the area were also great as well as local shopping. Our only complaint would be that it was not possible to park our vehicle on the street by the apartment, only small cars. We did find parking not far from the apartment.

A very spacious and welcoming house, great for family holidays with all the amenities!! The house is much larger than it appears in the photos, clean and cared for! Mr. Manuel is a great host, very helpful, advised us good places to go, he made us very comfortable, an experience to repeat!!

The apartment is spacious and there is enough room for four people. The location is also great and right by the sea. From the roof terrace you also have a great view of the ocean. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the apartment.

This place is located in a beautiful part of the island. It is a short drive from the airport and from Ponta Delgada. The view right out the door is gorgeous. There is space for your car. Rent this place and rent a car and have a great time on the island. Vasco also gave great recommendations which was very helpful!

We book Uriel’s place for a month. We loved being a minutes walk from the beach and the close cafes right around the corner where we enjoyed many cappuccinos!!!! We also loved sitting outside on the upper back outdoor space. Uriel was very responsive and gave lots of suggestions for places to eat (for my bday) and special places to check out. The waterfall one was spectacular. We did run into an issue which Uriel bent over backwards to help fix. He went above what was required. He was very understanding when the issue occurred. I would recommend Uriel’s place. The location is fantastic for exploring and the home was very clean. It’s a mix of old and new but everything is maintained well. Kitchen had everything that we needed.
