We loved our stay. The apartment is right next to a big Pingo Doce, which was great for us. Bedrooms and living room with sea view. Spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Great location to visit the whole island. I highly recommend

This was a great residence for a few days but also if staying longer. Very spacious with separate rooms for living, sleeping, eating and relaxing outdoors. The Cinema theme was awesome. The amount of effort put into making the space unique and special is evident everywhere you look. As others have said, sometimes parking could be a challenge but I did manage to find a spot on the same street and not at all far away. I’m staying here again and definitely recommend it to others.

The house is in a good location and clean. Rui has a book available to his guests with all the relevant information about the island. Recommended!!

Very clean and very large, comfortable and pleasant accommodation located in a popular area 25 minutes walk from the city center. Good base to spend a few days in the capital!

Great location, beautiful view. The house was very clean and the welcome package of local assortments was a really nice touch. Communication was super smooth as well as the check in and out. Since we stayed for a week, they even cleaned the place in the middle!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone exploring the island.

A great base to explore the city and the island. The apartment is as described. It is spacious with good size bedrooms, and nice to have the small terrace. The facilities for washing and hanging out clothes are really good. We are a family of four and it suited us well. As others have said, the mattresses are on the firm side; there can also be some noise from the street but this is standard for a location like this. Free car park just round the corner so you don't have to park on the narrow streets. The botanical garden 4 mins walk away is gorgeous and free.

We loved our stay here ! The blend of traditional Portuguese charm with all the modern updates made for a perfect experience. The house was incredibly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of the coffee, teas, and other goodies Jessica left for us – it made us feel so welcome. The neighborhood and village of Achada were just perfect, and we truly enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Great place to explore the island. Fairly modern building, with garage for parking our hire car. 5 mins walk down to the beach. Had recommendations for eating etc which were really useful.

My boyfriend and I spent a week in this cottage and it was amazing. We felt at home with the couch, spare bed, pillows and blankets. The bathroom was large, beautiful, and clean. The kitchen is not only beautiful but also functional & probably the most well-equipped Airbnb kitchens I’ve ever used. The hosts provided us with everything we needed, even firewood for the fireplace and a speaker to play music. The bed was comfortable. We had a convenient place to park our rental car. The location is great because of the peaceful stream and private drive, but close enough to town that you can get what you need. It’s near the center of the island so our planned adventures were not too far away. We admired how the hosts preserved the history of the old mill in the renovation, it’s a well-cared for place. I would recommend this to anyone.

The space matched the photos. In addition to being a very beautiful accommodation, it was tidy and clean. Our stay was very pleasant, with great comfort (extremely comfortable beds), and a very central location (all within a distance of less than 10 min by foot.) I highly recommend this Accommodation. We were extremely pleased.

Place feels safe. It's located in a private neighborhood with automatic fence. Dedicated private parking spot is under a roof so the car is extra secure. Few minutes by car from the city center. Apartment was really large, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

A beautiful place to stay! The location is just perfect: you can reach everything very quickly. The apartment is mega cozy and has a great view. Also, I found the bed very good. I've never slept so well. Would highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andre’s place. It is located in a great location in walking distance to stores restaurants and entertainment. The pool onsite is nice especially when traveling with an infant. The apartment was nice and clean and is equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
