É um local agradável e bem cuidado e o anfitrião corresponde ao nível da prontidão e da comunicação. Tive de contactar para que arranjarem a fechadura, pois a primeira noite dormimos sem poder trancar a porta por dentro (o que foi um pouco desagradável). A resolução do problema foi, no entanto, rápida e competente.

The building was secure, the lobby was well-appointed with espresso and water, and the outdoor area was intimate, relaxing, and quiet. We were so pleased with our accommodations and felt very much at home. They left a booklet with recommendations, important phone numbers, and suggestions for where we could park our rental car. Lastly, the daily breakfast was an amazing plus! Waking up to baskets of breakfast waiting for us added to the charm of this wonderful Airbnb. My group and I would absolutely stay here again!

Tanto Ligia como Sonia fueron muy amables desde nuestra llegada y siempre atentas y rápidas en cualquier momento que nos surgía alguna duda. Hay mucho aparcamiento en la puerta de los apartamentos y todo estaba muy limpio y bien acondicionado. Las camas eran muy cómodas y tiene una terraza para poder cenar por la noche al fresco.

Siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento, abbiamo trovato pulizia e ordine all'arrivo. C'è un comodo parcheggio dedicato esclusivamente a chi soggiorna, la zona è molto tranquilla, anche la notte. A pochi minuti di auto da Ponta Delgada e dalle principali vie di comunicazione. Ottima la risposta dei proprietari ad ogni richiesta di informazioni.

The ‘Red Apartment’ was lovely: peaceful, tranquil, nice views of surrounding countryside and ocean. Comfortable bed, plenty of space for 2, small kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes, nice small terrace to have morning coffee. We stayed for 1 week in off-season, so a bit too chilly to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed our stay. Host is very friendly. Parking space available. Apartment part of Old Family Farm just on outskirts of town yet only about 1 km (walkable) into centre town.

Casa Do Contador was an excellent stay. The location was centrally located and allowed for easy walking access to the centre with lots of restaurants to choose from. The space itself was quaint and charming, the heritage school house added nice character to the building. Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, she walked us up to our room and gave us some directions on where to park. The breakfast was an excellent touch, delivered to our door each morning and was filled with delicious options. We checked out early and they offered to bring some breakfast items to our room the evening before so we had something before our departure. Overall an excellent stay!

Perfect apartment: clean, quite big and very well equipped. The only cons: you probably need a car to get around and, if you are a couple, the room has twin beds but if you ask in advance they probably can put them together or prepare the bed-settee that is made for two. Definitely recommended

Foi a nossa segunda estadia no acqua populo e mais uma vez foi a escolha perfeita. A destacar a localização, a beleza e o comforto do espaço, a limpeza cuidada e a enorme amabilidade dos funcionários no acolhimento. *****

Apartamento amplo, limpo e arrumado. Check in fácil e prático. Pequeno almoço bem completo deixado a porta do apartamento. Usufruimos da piscina e jacuzzi, têm vista para a cidade e ideal para quem quer relaxar (sobretudo à noite). Recomendo a estadia e prometemos voltar.
