Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft! Die Ferienwohnung bei Daniel war absolut ruhig gelegen und bestens ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Alloggio “villa mirante” fantastico. Gli spazi interni sono perfettamente progettati con finiture di qualità. Grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ampio giardino e solarium in copertura privato. Massima privacy. Se cercate una casetta dallo stile minimalista, con ampie vetrate, che vi faccia sentire in contatto con la natura esterna, questo è il posto giusto.

Paulo could not have been more accommodating. I have never known a host be so helpful. It felt like I was dealing with family! my situation was complicated as we were sailing to the Azores - relying on the wind to behave and get you in on time is out of our control. This did not phase Paulo!! He did everything to make our booking run smoothly. Even when we had to stop at another island, he organised accommodation there for us and also a laundry facility (we had been on the boat for 3 weeks and clothes were not in great shape!). Nothing was too much trouble. What ould have been a very challenging sirtuation for us, was made so simple because of his kindness. I cannot recomend him more highly. Obrigado Paulo!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rui was responsive and helpful whenever needed. The private terrace overlooking the ocean was the true standout. Some thoughtful touches like coffee, milk, juice, and jam were also provided for our arrival. The location in São Roque is quiet but conveniently walkable to Ponta Delgada (~30 min along a beautiful coastal path). We usually found parking in the small lot at Ilhéu de S. Roque at the end of the road, though be aware it's a narrow drive where you need to drive half on the sidewalk. If that's a concern, there’s ample parking just a short walk away on Av. do Mar. We didn’t notice much noise from the nearby Cais 20 restaurant. That said, the larger bedroom faces the street and can pick up foot traffic if windows are open. The smaller room was quieter and had better ocean sounds — we actually preferred sleeping there. Beds and pillows are basic but we slept just fine. All in all, a wonderful stay with a spectacular view.

A 5-star stay, all around! Vitor was a great host, communicative, and friendly. The house was great and in a great location! Don’t worry about the reviews about dogs. Yes, there are dogs nearby but they were NOT barking all night as some people suggested. And I’m a light sleeper!

What a fantastic place for our 10 day break on Sao Miguel! The location is fantastic. You may not have views of the lakes, but you're only a 3 minute walk from them and the garden you look over from the porch is stunning. Paula was always responsive and flexible, the perfect host!

This is hands down the best Airbnb my boyfriend and I have ever stayed at! The apartment is extremely well kept and has everything you could possibly need. In addition, Maria and Joao Paulo were the most amazing hosts! Here are the highlights: - Looks just like the photos! Super clean - In unit washer was amazing - Insane views of the water - Extremely well located (also less than 10 min from the airport!) - Maria and Joao Paolo were extremely responsive and proactive in giving us tips for the island and the apartment - They even made us a local dessert which was so good! - Truly the best hosts we’ve ever had I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking to experience Sao Miguel!

Don’t hesitate to book this lovely apartment. The view is heavenly, and Miguel goes above and beyond to be an excellent host (lots of treats left for guests, excellent communication, and very flexible). The location is wonderful. Although Moinhos itself is very small, it boasts a few restaurants/cafes, a gorgeous beach, and a wonderful waterfall hike - all without getting in your car (which you can park right outside the apartment door). Nearby Ribiera grande has everything you will need (groceries, gas etc) and the northern coast is the best for scenic views, hikes, and locals who are very friendly. This is our second time staying at Miguel’s place and it just seems to keep getting better (which is weird as we thought it was perfect in 2023). Enjoy your stay! Our stay at this Airbnb was truly a piece of heaven on earth. It was peaceful, beautiful, central and had everything we could have wanted for a perfect getaway. The property was stunning, but what made it even more special was Jose’s incredible hospitality. He gave us a full tour of the premises, sharing details about the fruit trees and how to harvest fresh fruit and eggs daily. He also brought us breakfast foods and helped us with rental car issues and recommendations for local spots. Jose’s kindness and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and warm, and we feel lucky to have crossed paths with him. We also adored the cat living on the property—so sweet, adorable, and friendly! He added extra charm to our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway in the Azores!

Mário e Marcília’s apartment was convenient for traveling around San Miguel and walkable to many Furnas sights. The apartment was sizeable, clean, and comfortable. Marcília was very responsive during our stay - we enjoyed it!

Álvaro was an amazing host, the area was beautiful and he was able to provide many recommendations on stuff to do in the area. For others like us who wanted to explore the whole island it is a great central location that can get you to all sides in under an hour. Definitely will be recommending to our friends and family who will be visiting the island, thanks Álvaro!

A beautiful location, it was wonderful to step out of our rental and the ocean was right in front of you! I loved that the natural pools, they were within walking distance. We had some nice restaurants within walking distance too. Gonçalo and his whole family were so attentive and sweet. Our Wi-Fi had gone out and they were so quick to get it fixed! Everything in the unit worked well. We didn’t use the air conditioner, the windows opened up with screens letting the ocean breeze come in and was sufficient. The washer was a great bonus and we needed to do a quick load, laundry soap provided! Overall a great stay!

We had a lovely stay here! The apartment is beautifully designed, with a stunning sea view, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious, modern bathroom. The balcony was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. There’s a popular restaurant right next door, and although the apartment is located a bit outside the Ponta Delgada city center, it’s a peaceful area with enough parking nearby. We had a car, which we’d recommend, but also walked into town along the scenic coastline-it takes about 30 minutes. All in all, a great base for exploring the island!

Vi är nöjda med Marianas lägenhet! Mycket tack vare balkongen lyfter lägenheten, den är helt fantastisk! Stor och med fantastisk utsikt! Mysigt också att strand och vattenfall är på gångavstånd. Det kan vara bra för er att veta är att det endast finns ett sovrum (med dubbelsäng) så om ni är fler personer så sover några i en del av vardagsrummet, avskilt med draperi. Mariana har varit tillmötesgående och vänlig i all kontakt. Positivt har också varit hennes tips på vad att se och göra på San Miguel.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

A casa estava muito bem equipada, limpa e de acordo com as fotografias. O check in é self check in o que facilita em termos de horas de chegadas. Localização bastante boa.
