House is lovely, great ocean view. Open space with a retro vibe. Loved the antiques and old phonographs. Big bathroom. 3rd bedroom is a big loft. Very quiet neighborhood except for the roosters. Back porch would be fantastic in warm weather, which we did not have. Central to all the attractions. Francisco’s honey is delicious!

Judith's place is absolutely fantastic! My family (parents, wife, brother-in-law, and their baby) stayed at this wonderful home, and it had one of the best views we’ve ever experienced. The co-hosts, Manuel and Carla, were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. They even brought us fresh cheese, milk, butter, and breakfast for a small additional fee—it was worth every penny! Terceira is a beautiful island, and staying at Judith's place made our trip even more special. We highly recommend it!

I have stayed at MANY airbnb’s over the years and Jorge’s property is in the top two of all (The other being in Mendocino, California). Jorge was an amazing host, the location was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and the home was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone who will be traveling to Terciera.

Our experience was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were so surprised that Eugenia greeted us with a pot of soup and fresh bread that helped make our first evening there much easier. The home has everything you need, a great kitchen and the sound of the waves to put you to sleep at night. The patio was absolutely amazing for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Eugenia is an amazing host and stayed very accessible to us. Very responsive to questions and requests. We work when we travel so we asked if there was an extension cord available for us to be able to sit on the patio with our laptops. Rui, her husband, showed up within minutes with one for us to use. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Susannah’s place is at the edge of a little village, and if feels like a different world: peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful view over the ocean. The cottage looks ordinary from the outside, but inside is wow: new and very tastefully decorated - beautiful. We drove to all the places we wanted to see on Terceira, and enjoyed a local hike too. It was really handy to have a washer and dryer in the middle of our holiday. We loved staying here!

João was super responsive continually checking in during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Peaceful location at the end of the street, private gated yard (great for kids). Had space heaters and extra blankets available for the cold nights. There is a washer and dryer (not common in Portugal to have both!) The living room area smelled like smoke probably from the people before us using the fireplace. Would definitely stay again.

What an absolute fantastic place to stay. The apartment was just a joy to spend time in and cook in over Christmas and New year. Absolutely nothing is missing in this wonderful and welcoming home from home. Fatima and her husband were just superb in communication, hospitality, and nice friendly chats. We have definitely found our forever accomodation when visiting our family in Terceria. Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts and we will see you both in the not too distant future. Very good stay! Atypical, we finally opted for the 4-person cottage because the bathroom and toilet are inside, the space is more comfortable! Breakfasts facing the sea are a must! Marcel, Bernardo and Elysabetha are very attentive ;) Small plus, the unlimited bananas are greatly appreciated ^^ Small minus, no swimming beach nearby... but natural pools nearby... I highly recommend the experience.

Hugo's apartment was truly exceptional – one of the best I've ever stayed in! The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience.
