The villa was excellent, with everything you need to cook and spend time, including a floor with games like pool and more. An hour's drive from many recommended places to visit. The surroundings are quiet. We were a family of 8 and it was very comfortable. Comfortable beds, clean and pleasant linens. Everything was perfect except for one drawback: there is not enough hot water for showers for everyone after a long day of hiking.

House in a very quiet environment with access to beaches and amenities in 15 minutes. the terrace and its pool are beautiful and appreciable spaces. Hamid and Tara are very kind and caring.

We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

From the first contact I realized the availability of clarification of doubts, always available. Great house, easily and comfortably accommodates 10 people. I will certainly go back.

It's a perfect place! I highly recommend it if you want to spend quiet days close to many tourist places. The house is beautiful and very well organized. There is parking right in front and having access to the pool is ideal for a good vacation. Accommodation is 10/10

We loved being at the grandparents' house, it ❤️ was super cozy, we really felt at home, and our dog loved it, she was in seventh heaven ✨❤️

The swimming pool terrace is very nice with a great view to the valley. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

The apartment has stunning views of Nazare, it’s ideally situated for the amazing views & a 10 minute walk to the beach where there are lots of great restaurants. Carlos communicated promptly and provided suggestions of restaurants in Nazare prior to our arrival. The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our 5 day stay. If I could’ve given 6 stars out of 5, I would’ve, no questions asked. Amanda and Gez were more than helpful towards us! Communication was great and housing was perfectly situated - about a 7 mins walk to the castle and its inner village, as well as a 6 mins walk to a grocery store. Would come back anytime and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Obidos!

Beautiful place. More beautiful than the pictures! A great value for the price. Meals on the balcony were gorgeous! What a view!! Christina was very accommodating. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

We loved Fabio's suite, compact but had everything we needed and great kitchen for cooking. Very close to everything, we walked everywhere. Parking was a bit of an issue as it often is in busy beach towns. Fabio gave us some recommendations for parking but all were full so we had to park over a kilometre away and walk back. Good thing is that you can usually find a close spot to unload your stuff, then park the car and walk back. It was a good way to get to know Nazare and we did find a spot close by later on. I think it's luck of the draw but be prepared that you may need to walk a. bit! Other than the pArking difficulty in Porto, it's a great place to spend a few days.

A peaceful, rural location. The comfortable king size bed gave us our best few nights' sleep for months. We'd prearranged for a supply of groceries and paid them on our arrival. With a good stock of food and drink we could stay local and take advantage of exploring Ruth & Graham's vast expanse of fields with fig and olive trees and rambled through their wood down to the river. The facilities inside the barn/cottage are faultless, we had good internet connection and my husband was able to fulfill his work commitments and conduct a video conference. The bathroom/shower was spotless with strong water pressure so that just a gentle turn of the tap gave us perfect showers. Every aspect of what a visitor might need has been well thought through and provided. We took gentle strolls along tracks near the neighbouring tree plantations where the smell of eucalyptus was cleansing. I enjoyed their spring flowers and flocks of birds. I baked a cake and shared it with our hosts. Will rebook soon.

Very nice house, very well furnished and decorated. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful area. Great welcome from Angela, full of tips, responsive and available. The cat Lily adopted us and spoiled us with cuddles and purrs... A nice place.

I cannot recommend Flor’s home enough and wish we could have stayed longer! Flor was incredible gracious as a host and very easy to get ahold of with any questions. Our trip plans unfortunately changed last minute, and Flor was so kind and accommodating to allow us to change our booking so close to the date. The location is beautiful, in a seaside town with beach access only a 5 minute drive and an incredible restaurant within walking distance. The balcony is truly a perfect place to relax and catch the sunset, and there is plenty of room for families or two couples traveling. We will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Joao Carlos’ cabana. The place itself was beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotless and with a very nice and big shower. The kitchen was well equipped. Event better than the pictures. Communication with Joao Carlos was very easy, he was very nice and attentive. He even left a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. The cabana is up a narrow street from the beach and you can see the ocean from afar when you step outside, lovely! We would definitely stay again her if we come back to Portugal.

This spacious home is within walking distance of the Nazare waves (visited in January), offering views from both the beach and the lighthouse. It's conveniently located for day trips to Lisbon and charming nearby towns. The home is in a quiet area, features scenic views, and includes most essentials for cooking. Note that the beds are quite firm, so consider bringing a sleeping pad if you prefer softer support. The host was friendly and provided helpful information about the area and the property.

Perfect! We loved the house and the area. Easy check-in and check-out, and the house had everything we needed. Rita and her husband brought firewood to use for the fireplace which made our stay extra comfortable. Definitely recommend

Antje’s Airbnb is just a dream! We are three friends who went for the second time and fell in love with the house all over again. Just an hour away from Lisbon Airport, it's easy to reach and yet feels remote and completely private. The pool is absolutely amazing – we spent most days sunbathing there, having lunch under the pergola outside, and chilling in the comfortable living room in the evening. A paradise to unwind and fully relax. Antje is an amazing host, and we want to come back ASAP!

Great, cozy and unique vacation home newly renovated good for 4 people. Close to the beach in Peniche and also to Nazare. Obidos is also beautiful. Joana is indeed a Superhost! Hopefully we will come again soon.
