Beachfront vacation rentals in São Martinho do Porto

Our stay was great! Clean, organized environment, everything very complete! Close to the beach and restaurants and bars. The only drawback was the access, it is on the 2nd floor, steep stairs that were not mentioned. As we were with elderly people and heavy suitcases, it was a bit difficult. But despite that, it was really worth it!!!

This is a beautiful and quiet place. The house was spacious and comfortable and I could feel the host's touches everywhere. Above all, during a large power outage, Lydia said that she was worried about our safety and came to us. Even though we couldn't meet because we were out and about, that alone was a great comfort for us who were embarrassed. Thanks to you, I had a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno’s apartment! Communication was seamless — Bruno was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The location is perfect: quiet, central, and close to everything you might need. Just a heads-up for fellow travelers: the beds are closer in size to what would be considered a “twin” in North America. They're a bit tight for two adults, especially if you're on the taller or broader side. Thankfully, there were two bedrooms with separate beds, which worked great for us. The shower is also on the smaller side, so if you're over 1.80 m (around 5’11”), it might feel a bit snug — though that’s more about our size than the apartment itself. All in all, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Bruno!

Sandra is lovely, very welcoming and always available to answer questions. Her Airbnb is immaculate, in an excellent location, and well appointed. Note that the neighbourhood is very authentic including extremely narrow streets which made driving and parking somewhat exhilarating at times. Would highly recommend this place.

Apartment 2 steps from the waterfront, bars, restaurants, not far from the funicular that drops you off on the heights of the north beach (surf). Ideally located rental. Of course we recommend this 2-level accommodation, 👍🏼

We really enjoyed our, unfortunately short, stay! Absolute tranquility, a lot of nature, far and wide no one and really fantastic sunsets! We especially liked the fireflies after sunset. But you shouldn't be afraid of small spiders, similar creatures or cats...

The apartment was so spacious and in a great location across from the beautiful beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking equipment you needed. There was a separate dryer in addition to the washing machine that really came in handy drying clothes! Paula was an absolute perfect host and she decorated the apartment beautifully. Speaking of beautiful, the super large smart TV in the family room was so awesome! I would recommend this apartment and would love to come back.

This was our second stay at this property, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The views are breathtaking, the space is clean, inviting, and well equipped. Ana and Richard are always easy to reach and great to communicate with. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

We were warmly welcomed. The house was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Good location, with a nice walk we could go downtown. Good view. The weather did not allow us to use the pool, but it also seemed quite pleasant. The only thing we didn't like very much were the beds, which, for our taste, had hard mattresses.

We had a lovely stay and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Would stay again!

Just an incredible stay in a beautiful area. The apartment made is so easy to relax - whether you want to stay on the terrace and enjoy the sun and the views, or take a short walk into town and enjoy the offerings there. This is probably the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in an Airbnb. There are two small stores just three blocks away for the basics (including wine, of course) and large grocery stores a 20 minute walk - or 5 minute drive away - for all other needs. Prompt, courteous and easy-to-follow communication from the owners. Will definitely return.

We had a very pleasant time, and we were very comfortable. Luis is very friendly and was attentive to us. We would definitely repeat.

We had a lovely time at the villa! Francisca has been the best host we could have asked for. The check in and check out have been very flexible and accommodating, she provided us with many local recommendations and support whenever we needed it. The villa is a beautiful well-kept place where you feel right at home. 10/10 recommend and planning on coming back!!

Great location, with beautiful sea views and walking distance to the lagoon and the beach with the restaurants, great. The cottage is also well located for trips to Óbidos, Nazaré, and also Lisbon. Communication with Bruno was easy.

We really loved this place! The view from the window was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The only small thing was parking – it’s paid in front of the building from 8 AM to 8 PM, and you can only pay for 3 hours at a time. But we managed to find a free parking spot not too far away, so it worked out just fine. Overall, a great stay – we would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

We had the top floor apartment. It was absolutely gleaming clean. Everything was organized and set up as described. A limited view of the bay from the gallery. But, it’s a one minute walk to reach the beach. Very comfortable furniture in bedroom and living areas. Compact bathroom and kitchen, with all basic necessities provided. A small store on the ground floor, where we could pick up things for our needs. It is 37 steps up from ground level, and 52 steps from the garage. Must be willing to climb, since there is no lift (elevator). This is clearly mentioned in the property description. Garage is under the building. It is a nice secure place. We left our bicycles there with no worries Tânia is a great host. Quick response to questions. Her sister helped us with checking in. A very kind and patient lady.

The pretty decor and feel of the apartment was very cozy and warm. Loved the automatic blinds that made the room dark for sleeping at night. The room was quiet too. We had a very nice stay.

My husband, adult daughter, her fiance and I stayed for a week at Luisa's home, and it was a wonderful vacation for us. Our only difficulty in arriving was that the road to access her home had been closed off for local construction, but Victor met us at the door after we walked over, and he directed us through dropping our luggage off and parking our car. The home was very spacious, clean, and perfect for two couples. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and being able to just stroll along the promenade at the beach was relaxing and fun. Luisa and Victor maintained great communication, but we didn't need to contact them for anything during our week stay. We are so glad we stayed at this beautiful home - it was the perfect start to our Portugal adventure!

I cannot recommend Flor’s home enough and wish we could have stayed longer! Flor was incredible gracious as a host and very easy to get ahold of with any questions. Our trip plans unfortunately changed last minute, and Flor was so kind and accommodating to allow us to change our booking so close to the date. The location is beautiful, in a seaside town with beach access only a 5 minute drive and an incredible restaurant within walking distance. The balcony is truly a perfect place to relax and catch the sunset, and there is plenty of room for families or two couples traveling. We will absolutely be back!
