The building's location is outstanding! The building is very clean, organized, with 24-hour concierge and friendly and helpful staff. The apartment has an incredible view of the water park. The place is spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, very well equipped with utensils and other amenities. Beds are comfortable. The bed and bath linens were clean and soft. The shower is very nice! The service of the hostess and her co-hostess was excellent! It was very worth it! I've stayed in several places and this was one of the best! We'll be back for sure!

I felt at home at Rodrigo's house. The apartment is exactly the same as the one presented in the pictures, it served my family very well. Without a doubt, the differential of the apartment is its location excellence. It is very close to Parque das Águas and almost next to the promenade of São Lourenço. We did all our programming on foot. Thanks Rodrigo for your attention and kindness. See you soon.

I would like to thank Thiago immensely, a super attentive, helpful, wonderful person. The house exceeded all expectations, it managed to be better than the photos and videos. Very good mattress, super comfortable and beautiful house. Everything is very clean. I'm delighted, I felt right at home. Clean, beautiful and very receptive city. I loved everything, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. God bless you always Thiago and thank you very much for everything. Oh! The price is also excellent 🥰👏👏👏🙏

Excellent apartment, well located, close to Parque das Águas and local shops. Clean and very organized. Antônio was very kind to welcome us in person and was also very flexible with check-in and check-out. Smell linen and bath. We used the armchair and sofa bed for sleeping and they are extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing, we were able to enjoy the hot-air balloons rising every day of our stay. The balconies have a protective screen, which I consider essential since I have a small child. I thank Antonio for the excellent stay and hope to return more often!

The place is very beautiful, in the middle of nature and of absolute peace! The hosts are cute and the treatment of guests is very affectionate. The food is delicious! I just don't recommend going during the work period in case you need to use the internet because it doesn't work very well there. But for a holiday, relax and sightseeing nearby, it is excellent!!
