I really enjoyed staying at João's apartment, who was very attentive during our stay at his home. The house was clean, organized and with everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Basic items, cleaning supplies available. There were even mats in the bathroom and bedroom, which I don't usually find in other places I stay. The location is excellent, with everything close by, bars, restaurants, supermarket, tourist attractions, etc. The building staff are very polite and attentive. I'll be back and will recommend it to friends.

Fantastic apartment! Spacious, very clean, well-equipped, very new, too comfortable, much better than in the photos. Ample parking and excellent location, near Parque das Águas and many commercial establishments. You don't need a car for almost anything. Congratulations, Danio! Your care and zeal for the apartment is evident. My family and I thank you very much for your hospitality and we hope, on other occasions, to be able to stay with you.

Our stay was great. The house is very good, spacious and faithful to the photos. We felt at home. Dolores was very cordial and always responds very quickly. The only point a little unpleasant is the noise that enters the front room, the most I recommend and would come back.

The apartment is, as always, impeccable and with several utensils that leave you wanting for nothing, I love staying with my family, extremely clean and cozy house. Mr. Geremias and his wife are always helpful. Apartment with great location. I only have compliments.

My stay at Claudio's apartment in São Lourenço was excellent. The location is very good, close to everything: Parque das águas, market, snack bars, pharmacy. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with an extremely clean, fragrant and decorated environment, which brought a sense of comfort and welcome. The kitchen is equipped with the basics and made our stay very practical. They also had cleaning and hygiene products. In addition, the care for guests is evident, the hosts are very kind, polite and available. The details made all the difference and contributed to a very pleasant experience. I recommend the space for those looking for a comfortable, functional and great value for money stay in São Lourenço. I will certainly return on a future occasion!

We loved the stay! I went with my family and my parents and everyone was impressed by the apartment. It's beautiful, super well equipped and extremely comfortable! It's easy to feel “at home” there! I'll definitely come back more often.

My husband and I loved it! We wanted to live there. Everything is very clean, very cozy, it has everything there, oven, stove, microwave, the minibar is very icy and very fast, it had utensils such as a plate, cutlery, bowl, glass, cups... hairdryer, iron, a mini ironing board... the mattress is very comfortable, the living room sofa too... there is air conditioning in the whole house... a beautiful balcony... the TV had all the streamings... wonderful internet... Spacious bathroom with shower... the location is wonderful... very good garage... super nice employees... it has a wonderful sauna, swimming pool...gym... anyway! We can't wait to come back!!!!

The property is well airy, space and very well located. bakery next door, mercadinho and Hortifruti nearby and close to the center. My family loved it, we felt at home. We recommend it!

The apartment is super new, well lit and equipped. Raquel was a great host, always attentive, she helped us with directions and questions. A great request for São Lourenço!

Good flat located on a quiet street and very close to the park and shopping. Clean environment, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Room with functional closet and comfortable bed. Complete kitchen. Spacious bathroom and hot shower. Nilson was a great host, attentive and provided tips for tours and places to eat. We'll be back!

Diego's apartment is well located, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown São Lourenço. Exactly as in the listing. All clean, new and quality. Great mattresses, kitchen with new and organized utensils and equipment. Mr. Douglas welcomed us with great kindness and availability. It was amazing days! We'll be back for sure! We recommend it with certainty!

Mr. Eduardo attended to us promptly, very polite and attentive! The apartment is beautiful, extremely clean, new, tastefully decorated and we were able to feel at home. It has all the items well cared for, of great brands and very clean. I recommend and we will definitely come back more often!

São Lourenço is simply wonderful, and the property is in the heart of the city, came out at the concierge and already walks on the boardwalk..! We like it a lot .! We'll be back more often..!

The accommodation is exactly as advertised, with a beautiful view. Very ventilated and quiet, impeccable cleanliness. Close to everything we need and especially the water park and the Church of Our Lady of Remedies. The service on site was wonderful, Aline and Juarez were very attentive. And the host was also super attentive, responding quickly to messages. We'll be back for sure.
