The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. We do not accept extra guests, as the Condominium Agreement only allows a maximum of 6 people per apartment. It is well located, being close to Parque das Águas, about 350 meters away, as well as bars, restaurants and all the shops that will facilitate your stay. The building is family-friendly, offering 24-hour doorman, elevators, intercom, Wi-Fi in the apartment and common area, and an internal garden. See the network and password at the entrance.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Apartment in the center of São Lourenço, a few meters from Parque das Águas, all the city's shops and several dining options. Do everything on foot. We have Internet, TVs and kitchen utensils for preparing small meals. The bedroom has a double box bed and a single box bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. Building with 24-hour concierge, clean and safe for the elderly and wheelchair users. Great cost and benefit.

Your family will be close to everything by staying in this well-located place, 5 minutes walk from the center of São Lourenço, but in a quiet street. Room with a double bed and possibility to place a single mattress. Room with sofa bed, TV, table with two benches for meals. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, electric pot (large), blender, minibar and sandwich maker. (We don't have a stove!) New Bathroom, all renovated. 320MB Wi-Fi available and TV.

Clean and organized apartment, close to the train station, with easy access. The owner responds promptly when requested. The only observation is that the double mattress is very hard. Overall, it met our expectations.

The apartment is excellent, super cozy, clean and well located Karla served us quickly, affection and readiness. The village has already become our favorite lodging in São Lourenco.

The apartment is in a prime location, you can do everything on foot. Go to the park, restaurants, shops, go out at night. In addition to being impeccably clean, it is beautiful and fully equipped, with an amazing view. Mariana and her husband Loisany's service was very helpful and kind, as well as the entire building staff. We will definitely host you again at the next opportunity.

Vivian is an excellent host and you welcomed us very well with our puppy. Very well located, we did everything on foot, close to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Good and quiet location. Ideal to rest. Beautiful view. You have to go by car. It's not worth it on foot, a lot of climbing.

It was wonderful, we have already stayed another year at Ana's property, whenever I go to São Lourenço I try to find out if Ana's property is available, because I know that the organization and cleanliness is always impeccable, apart from the location that is close to everything. You can do everything on foot. Sensational. Dollhouse. Spectacular

The accommodation is exactly as advertised, with a beautiful view. Very ventilated and quiet, impeccable cleanliness. Close to everything we need and especially the water park and the Church of Our Lady of Remedies. The service on site was wonderful, Aline and Juarez were very attentive. And the host was also super attentive, responding quickly to messages. We'll be back for sure.
