Hello! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable!! Welcome to our home!! The "Casinha da Beatriz" is located in Santana, land of typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.

Enjoy a magical vacation overlooking the ocean just 5 minutes from downtown. Stylish and comfortable apartments have all the amenities. On the roof of the house there is a platform where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view of the center of Funchal and the ocean. In the new year from this point the best view of New Year's fireworks! The center and the beach can be reached: on foot 45 minutes, by bus (stop near the house) or taxi 5-8 minutes. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house.

Das nossas varandas é possível sentir a doce maresia do mar, o bater das ondas na rocha, o chilrear das gaivotas e o incrível espetáculo dos barcos a passar sob a nossa varanda. Este apartamento tem escritório privado e um solário com total privacidade, onde os nossos hóspedes podem apanhar banhos de sol, sempre com uma vista soberba sobre o oceano.

Plantation´s Villa - Funchal Seaside Villas

Plantation´s Villa is a one bedroom Villa located in a family property (Funchal Seaside Villas) in the heart of Funchal. It is almost at the sea level overlooking the bay and with the banana trees and vegetable garden surroundings. All divisions in the Villa have a superb view over the sea, the harbour and the city centre. It could also be called the Adventure Villa as it´s a longer way to get there (over 80 steps starting at the main gate). The pool is shared with other 3 small Villas.

Our place is a pleasant 12-minute walk from the Reids Palace, a 25-minute from Park Santa Catarina, or 30 minutes from the historic Sé Cathedral for those who enjoy a relaxing pace, or a short 5-minute drive. This light-filled ground-floor apartment, with a huge outdoor area, offers one queen-size bed suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and an office. You will get two bathrooms: one private (with a shower) and one with a bathtub. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
