Monthly Rentals in Sant'Ubaldo

Fabrizia's rental home is gorgeous, and she is a wonderful host. From the moment we met Fabrizia, we felt right at home as she was so friendly and so helpful. The home is full of beautiful furniture and the views from the windows are amazing. It is such a peaceful place, despite being just a few steps from the Piazza Grande and other important sites. We especially enjoyed riding up the mountain in the cable car (cage), which is a very short walk from Fabrizia's home.

Wonderful apartment. Super well equipped, with new appliances, excellent beds. Hosts are even better. Kind, collaborative and attentive. Modern and clean bathrooms. Excellent quality towels and bedding.

I had the best sleep in this apartment. Lucia was really helpful to give us all the information that we need. The apartment is located in a very quiet area of the town and yet so connected to the main town area on foot. I wish we could have stayed longer !

On the occasion of the Gubbio festival, we only stayed one night. Antonella was always very helpful, responded in a very short time and provided us with great directions. The house is in an ideal location, convenient to reach the historic center both on foot and by car. The house was clean and tidy, it had everything you need for a longer stay.
