It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and old wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (any bed and high chair x children). 200m away, free parking. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay!

Rafael was very kind and the apartment was very nice, in a perfect location in the village and equipped with everything, including breakfast. It will be my reference for future stays in Gubbio.

We chose Casa Falcucci in Gubbio to spend our wedding anniversary. It was all super exceptional: the apartment is a "gem" , very clean, cozy, functional and in a beautiful and convenient location to visit the beautiful Gubbio. The welcome and kindness of Tiziana and Paolo who welcomed us, among other things, by giving us sweets prepared in their pastry shop was really special; the first lunch in their shop based on typical products and where in addition to advising us they gave us typical Gubbio tastings was TOP!!! We hope to return soon to experience other moments of life in Gubbio and the beauty of Tiziana and Paolo's family!!!

Nathalie's home is perfect for those who love to stay away from the hectic pace of everyday life. In the middle of greenery with an enchanting view, a stone house with exposed beams and equipped with everything you need. Having breakfast outdoors in the midst of nature is priceless. Nathalie is a perfect host, helpful and kind, she delighted us with a welcome cake and gave us many tips on the area. Highly recommended for people who love nature.
