Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santo Tomas

We had a fantastic holiday and the apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The location was ideal – peaceful, yet close to everything. A special bonus: there were toys for the kids, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable as a family. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for this lovely stay!

Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage in Ciutadella! Die Unterkunft war super, genau wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation perfekt, direkt erreichbar und sofort geholfen, die Lage TOP! Super nett, perfekt zum ausgehen, auch mit Kindern, einfach zu erreichen und sehr gemütlich! Gemütlich frühstücken oder abends den Tag auf der Dachterasse ausklingen lassen! Wir kommen wieder! Très jolie maison, spacieuse et parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Un seul lit double mais justement les lits simples offrent une certaine flexibilité. Bien équipée pour les bébés : chaise haute sécurisée et lit pliant confortable. Très belle terrasse, immense et très agréable avec une jolie vue mer. Piscine en contrebas magnifique. Sant Tomàs est une station balnéaire qui permet un accès assez rapide un peu partout sur l’île. Le quartier de la maison est superbe, très résidentiel. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Nous avons passés de super vacances avec mon fils. La saison n’avait pas encore commencé fin avril du coup c était très calme et nous avons pu profiter du terrain de paddel et de l’espace piscine. Une superbe plage était à proximité environ 3 minutes à pied. Le logement est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Une petite attention était là à notre arrivée ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Gabriele a été très réactif à mes messages et m’a donné pleins de recommandations. J’ai eu un problème avec ma voiture de location et heureusement qu’il m’a aidé. C’était des supers vacances. Si je reviens à Minorque j’y retournerais les yeux fermés !!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Dan! Après nos différentes visites de l’île nous étions ravis de retrouver notre logement spacieux et sa piscine. Tout était impeccable, la communication avec Dan a été très bonne ainsi qu’avec Roger.

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la qualité des informations proposées par Anna notamment sur l'accès, les restaurants et les lieux incontournables de Minorque en juin. L'intérieur était décoré avec goût et c'était conforme aux descriptions et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est la vue qui n'est pas mer et sur un terrain de tennis abandonné (dommage) et le bruit car les couloirs car cela raisonnait beaucoup. Malgré cela l'emplacement est idéal car très proche de la Ciutadela (10 min en voiture indispensable), du Cami Cavalls, le sentier qui parcours le tour de l'ile et qui est tout juste incroyable ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette crique avec nos apéros couchers de soleil sur la plage :-)

Logement très propre, piscine très propre. Très bien équipé. Terrasse très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Endroit très calme. Logement très bien décoré et encore plus beau que sur les photos.

Sehr hübsches Apartment in kleinem Ferienort mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, beispielsweise der Sonnenschirm war Gold wert. Bernat und Yessy waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Séjour fin avril début mai dans l’appartement d’Elke. L’appartement est mignon, très bien équipé y compris matériel plage, les lits sont très confortables (matelas Emma), des services de proximité (pain, petit supermarché…) bref, tout pour un séjour parfait et au calme à cette saison. Elke a répondu à toutes nos questions dans les meilleurs délais. À refaire sans hésitation 🙂

Elena heeft ons voorzien met een prima vakantie appartement. Het was fijn en het uitzicht was prachtig. Ook heeft ze ons nog extra spullen geleverd zoals een kinderbed en deken. Dit was erg fijn voor ons zoontje. Bedankt voor het fijne contact en het verzorgen van een prettige accommodatie voor onze vakantie.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Clean, modern, everything we needed. Comfy bed, well kitted out kitchen, great shower room, lovely pool, close to centre, beach,plenty of cafes & restaurants. Felt totally safe, quiet area. Thank you for a great stay Marimar. Minorca is a special island. We will be back!

David was a very friendly and helpful host. He bought some pool inflatables for us to use on our first day and had provided a large bottle of water in the fridge, both that we were extremely grateful for on our arrival. The apartment has everything you could need and the air con works great in the main area and master bedroom. There was a large fan for the other bedroom that we used. David recommended a fabulous restaurant and it was as good as he said! The area is fantastic and you can walk to all amenities but it is hilly- we enjoyed taking the steps but you can walk around the road for a gentler route if preferred. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away that bakes fresh baguettes and pastries every day- we definitely took advantage of this! There are tortoises in the garden, which are delightful. The pool is a brilliant size and there are comfortable sunbeds to use. Thank you David and Bea for a lovely stay, we will always have wonderful memories of our time at El Limonero. 😊

Pablo estaba en todo momento atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La ubicación increíble, zona muy tranquila y perfecta para aparcar. El apartamento muy cómodo. Ha sido una estancia genial, repetiríamos sin duda!

Belle semaine en famille dans le logement proposé par Emilio. Le logement est bien situé car il permet d'accéder facilement partout sur l'île. Nous étions en basse saison avec très peu de monde, peu de commerces ouverts, mais comme nous recherchions le calme c'était parfait.

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

nous avons passés un très bon séjour l'appartement est tres bien, tout confort et il est situé en bord de mer et en 5 min vous êtes a la plage. Catrina et Carlos sont adorable et très réactif. Je voudrais dire que nous avons eu la chance de renconter deux très belles personnes.

Todo perfecto. Gemma es muy educada y responde rápidamente. Gran ubicación. Todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana estaba disponible. Además, para nosotros fue una ventaja que había una cuna de bebé. Checkin / checkout fue sin problemas. Pudimos entrar por la mañana y Gemma también fue muy flexible cuando nos fuimos.

We (gezin met 2 kinderen van 8 en 10 jaar) hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit fantastische appartement. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, duidelijk en snel met communiceren en geven je een zeer warm welkom (inclusief heerlijk zelfgemaakte koekjes). Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en brandschoon. En echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement, er is overal aan gedacht. We hebben het ook erg gewaardeerd dat je bijvoorbeeld een koelbox mocht gebruiken. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan een verblijf met kinderen, er liggen allerlei spelletjes en speelgoed klaar en ook de tweede slaapkamer is met aandacht voor kinderen ingericht. We voelden ons direct thuis. De grote tuin is prachtig en er heerst een oase aan rust. Het zwembad is geweldig en heerlijk warm water. Er liggen allerlei handdoeken klaar, inclusief grote badlakens voor bij het zwembad. Deze locatie is echt een aanrader!

Met gezin 2 jongen kinderen In het verblijf van Jaume gezeten. Was een fijn en schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was top er is veel te doen in de omgeving ook op loop afstand. Zwembad was erg fijn.
