Excellent experience, although it was our first time trying Airbnb, we had a good experience with José, he was always attentive at all times, answering our questions. Jose's hand is Junior, who was also always attentive and looked for all the amenities. We will definitely be staying with Jose again. Everything in the house was just as shown in the photos, comfortable and spacious ♥️🥳

We have stayed here multiple times and the hosts are always proactive and reaching out to make sure we are ok. It gets a loud in the community on the weekends, but we know it and still choose to stay here.

I highly recommend it, we stayed for a few days with family and everything was great. Doña Carmen is a lovely lady always willing to help, same with Any she was a great host, we are definitely coming back there. We are very thankful:)

The Best Villa i have ever been to in santo domingo! The hosts and owners are very respectful people and they made us feel like home. They are very responsive when you need them. Me and my family members were in love with the place and the stay with all the amenities this place has! I look forward to always to come back and repeat this experience every time i go. A VERY convenient location, only steps from morning coffee, great restaurants and even famous historical sites. 4-6 minute walk to water views, and somehow all in a quiet, restive place. This is the perfect place to rent in Santo Domingo.

Carlos' Villa is stunning. Looks better in person than in photos. The rooms have ample space to fit your family/friends group trips and pretty much every indoor space has AC. The pool/slide/minibar outside is superb as well. The BBQ and bluetooth speakers (one inside and one outside) are great amenities that were used too. I would definitely come again.

The stay was amazing. Home was beautiful and spacious which was great for a large group. Communication was excellent and helpful throughout the whole way. Would surely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing I 100 percent recommend this stay If I return to Santo Domingo I would stay here again I stayed with 2 friends and it was more than enough space for the 3 of us when you are inside you feel like you are at a private beautiful paradise the setting of the interior of the house and the pool is very Appealing to the eye and many places to relax in privacy from other guests. Only a few minutes walk from the boardwalk strip with many restaurants and small shops also Supermarcado national is close by for any groceries you will need. Jorge and Josefina were both absolutely amazing hosts and they are very responsive and helpful. I bought groceries and when Josefina came by she offered to cook for us which was very generous and well appreciated. Jorge was very responsive throughout the trip no matter the time of day and very resourceful with recommendations and things to do nearby. I left credit cards behind and returned to the states Jorge assured that it was returned to me

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

What a lovely time my family and I had at Jennifer and Tim's home in the capital! The home was massive, accommodating my large family, and very centrally located (walking distance) to the Colonial Zone, and we all felt very safe at all times. The home was was very beautiful with a lovely terrace with jacuzzi, seating area and BBQ. The rooms each had their own bathroom which I cannot stress enough how convenient that was! Ariella (the person responsible for accommodating guests) was SUPER responsive along with Celeste, and both were just the sweetest!! Jennifer and Tim were also incredibly responsive and fantastic hosts!! I will absolutely be back!

This place is amazing. Great location, the host is excellent, she was always there answering our questions promptly, we needed the location for an earlier time and she was able to accommodate us without a problem. The pool is beautiful, will definitely come back soon.

It was a great stay; we had very good vibe and fun and Diana was really nice; she was very helpful and responsive although we didn’t know Spanish.

We were very impressed overall with the Penthouse location and privacy. They accommodated us last minute as we booked the night before. The assistant Angi was very helpful getting us extra towels and anything else that we needed, made us feel at home. Highly recommended, we plan to return on our next trip.
