The unit is in a quaint villa tropical-like luxury complex. The character and the vibe is incredible. The space was very nice and super high quality. I’ve stayed in zona colonial many times and this apartment was the best so far.

I really love this Place, the apartment was very comfortable. A very good access to almost every kind of food that you would like. Rodolfo was very helpful and finally is very near from the City center.

Absolutely nice and cozy place. The Arpel 07 is a wonderful tower to be in. The price is perfect for what you get more if you consider the location.

A nice apartment with a great view of the Capital. Great location with a Mall right across and plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone visiting Santi Domingo

ultra modern apartment looks better in person than on pictures . it is located in a upscale community, I could not find one negative about this apartment, definitely would recommend and definitely want to stay there again on my next visit .

Great location, cant get any better than that. Apartment was very cozy. The jacuzzi is a perfect! Everything was just perfect. Near alot of great restaurants will definitely recommend. Security was also great.

Omg it was a sucha beautiful place. And I had an experience within those days that I had spent over there. All my was asking me about that place every time I posted a video or a picture on my social media. wat ben ik dankbaar dat ik hier heb kunnen verblijven, een parel binnen de stad. de host is ontzettend vriendelijk en ik voelde mij meteen thuis. ik kan dit niet anders dan aanraden.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever been, very clean, all rooms were very comfortable, a/c in all areas, the view of the ocean from terrace was amazing, and the lobby and entrance very nice and felt secure at all times… we’ll be back soon, no further looking, this will be my place from now on 👏👏🙌🙌👍👍

This place was amazing. Carlos is a great host. He was easy to get a hold of if I had any problems. Place looks exactly like the Photos. The best Airbnb. I stayed at since I’ve been in Santo Domingo and I will return to this place over and over again. Thank you again, Carlos.

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

Apartamento amplio y bonito, con todas las comodidades para pasar una estancia tranquila y cómoda. Con buen parqueo y seguridad a todas horas. La zona es muy tranquila, limpia y cerca de todo. El malecón queda cerca para ir a caminar. Orlando nos acomodó con unas solicitudes que tuvimos de forma comprensiva, flexible y amigable. Fue muy respetuoso y servicial. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volveremos. Muchas gracias!

Marcos apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved the location especially for the dogs. The university is across the street. Although a fairly busy road at some points during the day it was actually very quiet and many times there weren’t any cars on the road. We loved the couch and big TV in the living room. All around a great experience thanks Marcos!

Very cute apartment. Had all the necessary tools for the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and laundry had everything we needed. living room was nice and relaxing. There was construction going on outside which may bother some, but we were ok with it. We enjoyed our stay

Place was great to stay. I went for a few days but plans changed so I left a day early. Location is great. Close to supermarkets, malls and located in an upscale area.
