After some initial confusion on check-in (please check your Airbnb messages Manuel!), Tomas arrived to show us around the house and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc. Manuel's house is beautiful and full of authentic Spanish charm. The Moorish ceiling decoration in the hallway was particularly beautiful. Overall the house was very clean, with working air conditioning and an excellent shower. Having a garage for our car was fantastic as public parking in Úbeda is limited. The road outside the house is fairly wide by Spanish standards so you shouldn't have any issues getting in and out with a reasonably sized car. Relaxing in the courtyard during the evening by the fountain was a perfect way to end a long day.

Wonderful stay! The house is located in a dream place, surrounded by forest and if you are lucky you can see the deer stroll while you have breakfast on the porch. Foxes, and even a lizard and all nature within reach of your eyes and your feet. The house is very large and very cozy and with all amenities. Great cleanliness and very comfortable beds. A fireplace to sit and watch time go by. The location can't be more spectacular, you can see millions of stars at night and during the day you can walk along wonderful trails and paths. Without just coverage, you can make some calls but not a place to be aware of the mobile, it is a place to get lost and connect with nature. Ana and Camilo are very friendly. Camilo brought us a pair of loaves of bread that was nice to eat them. We can't be happier after those days spent there. We look forward to seeing it at each season.

I highly recommend anyone to stay at this property. Not only is the house incredible, and surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery, but you are greeted with two extremely kind, knowledgeable hosts who give you the time of day to inform of you on anything you need to know. This was THE best property we have ever stayed at and we would be happy to return at any time knowing we would have an amazing stay.

We spent 3 very quiet nights on the side of the fireplace in the kitchen in charming cabins. It's been a rural vacation and exactly what we were looking for. We'll be back!

Very clean, everything is tidy and disinfected. The beds and sofa are comfortable. Juan Carlos advised us on some routes when we arrived, very good treatment. Good location where you usually find parking.

We had a wonderful time at Julian's farmhouse. The place is simply fantastic: everything is very clean, access is very comfortable (something that is greatly appreciated in the middle of nature) and, above all, you can breathe in an incredible peace. Silence, greenery everywhere, and that feeling of disconnection that is only found in special places. A real gem. We will no doubt return.

It is admirable to see the care and dedication that a family puts into their business. It is nice to meet people like this. They have made sure that everything in the house is perfect and that when you arrive you see it as your home. I would have liked to meet Veva to thank her directly and tell her that her house is very cozy. A 10!!!

All great at Pilar's place. Excellent communication from booking to check-out, he even let us check out a little later, which was a detail. On the day of entry, she greeted us so we could explain how the pellet stove worked and even left us all the house stoves on so that it was hot on our arrival, which we really appreciated. The house had many basics although we were missing a bottle of oil and it failed that the coffee maker did not work (although it had left us coffee pods). The village is very nice and in the middle of the sierra del seguro, so there are a thousand routes nearby to do, we did the 3 days we were and we did not even have to move the car, if we come back, we will try to repeat without a doubt.

Patricia was very kind, she recommended routes and restaurants in the area. The house is beautiful and very cozy with the fireplace, which can also be used as an oven. Very happy with the experience. ☺️

Definitely one of those places that you should visit! Outstanding views, luxury design, private and peaceful place! Great if you want to grab your other half and spend some time together alone! Miguel was super helpful and responded very quickly to all questions before and during our stay! We’ve happened to visit during restaurant holiday day, and he guided us through all possible options including local stores and also texted next day to be sure we haven’t starved! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

The house is amazing. It's a 5-star hotel with all the amenities, very well located, with a very spacious living room with a fireplace and central heating. The routes start from the house, and in 5 minutes by car you reach the mountain area. We were 4 adults and 5 children and we had a great time, plenty of kitchenware, a patio area with a barbecue, and a very, very quiet area. Recommendation 10 out of 10

Lara's casita is located in a quiet enclave, a few houses around but mostly empty. You can hear the river and enjoy a multitude of birds passing through. And if you take the car, very close you can see goats, foxes, gamos. The casita has everything you need to make a pleasant and comfortable stay, but practically in the middle of the countryside. If you are looking for tranquility and nature, Lara's casita is a very good option! See you next time!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ramona's house. The accommodation is as described, a village house, no luxuries, but with everything you need for your stay. The village is very nice and has beautiful routes. The neighbors in the area are very friendly people who advised us on everything. We love to travel to these charming little towns where they make us feel at home.

A very special place in a very special village! Amazing walking. Beautiful buildings and history. In central location but quiet (in February). Very narrow streets need little car like we had! Will definitely be back next February.

The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The village's surroundings are quiet and picturesque, ideal for disconnecting, although there is also much to discover in the area (hermitage of Our Lady of the Vega, naval archive...). The house is fabulous and José's service is exceptional. Everything is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the terrace has spectacular views. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the capsule coffee maker is very much appreciated, with coffee! The bathrooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you need. The living room with the stove is very cozy. Very spacious. The small village shop supplied us perfectly and the bakery with very tasty artisanal products. There is also a butcher shop. José was helpful at all times, gave us very good recommendations and is very friendly. We'll definitely repeat it!

Our stay in Castril was idyllic! Peaceful tiny village with beauty around every corner. Duncan’s place is spotless and quiet, the decor is eclectic and well thought out while adding warmth and comfort. I was SO pleased to have stayed here it was everything we could have wanted. Duncan generously accommodated us when we had a last minute Airbnb cancellation in a different nearby town, thank you!

Grego is a very attentive host who responds super quickly to any message. In addition, in our particular case, they took the trouble to find a crib for our little one, a detail that is very much appreciated and was very useful for us. The house is noticeably renovated and cared for in detail. The description matches perfectly and you have all the amenities you might need. It should be noted that it is somewhat far from the town, so it's better to go by car, but in return you are closer to nature and with a lot of tranquility and privacy. Without a doubt, a great accommodation and I would not hesitate to repeat.
