Carlos is an excellent host providing great suggestions and lightning fast communication The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well equipped with amazing views, and a great location I would definitely stay here again and recommend both Carlos and his apartment 100%

Great place with amazing sunset views from the living room. Perfect if you love surfing as one of the Lima spot is right down the stairs. Several dining and grocery around and great walks in the beautiful parks. we'd gladly come again

The place is fully equiped, clean, and beatufull. Spectaculat views and sunsets. Close to lots of places and safe area.

Great view. Great location. The host was very kind. The building is older compared to others in Miraflores but it didn’t cause any issues. I enjoyed my stay.

This place is great just as described. Wonderful view of the ocean and right next to Larcomar. I would for sure stay here again. Gustavo was a great host. I highly recommend this place.

Con una vista al mar muy bonita; el departamento entregado en perfectas condiciones con todo lo necesario; cerca de centros comerciales para una grata estadia; muy recomendable

El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona tranquila y agradable, bastante cerca del malecón y de lindos parques para pasear. Adicional, podrán encontrar a unos pasos un comercio 24 horas (Oxxo) y algunos restaurantes. La casa es hermosa, esta cuidadosamente decorada y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda ( elementos de aseo como toallas, shampoo, jabones) además de contar con una cocina equipada (menaje completo, licuadora, lavavajillas) y una zona de lavado completa. Quedamos enormemente agradecidos con el Sr. Edmundo y su esposa, por su amable recepción y ayuda con nuestra llegada. Por todo lo anterior, es un alojamiento más que recomendado 🤗 Esperamos volver pronto!

Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Buena atención e incluso nos permitió ingresar unas horas antes del Check in. Relación precio calidad 100 puntos. Recomendado.

Matthias & Dulce sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Alles war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war der Lärm durch die Straße, die direkt vor dem Haus verläuft. Dafür ist die Wohnung aber sehr nah an guten Restaurants und spannenden Ecken von Barranco. Wir würden gerne wieder bei Matthias & Dulce unterkommen.

Desde que llegamos nos sentimos como en casa, es un alojamiento acogedor y tranquilo, en una zona linda y céntrica, Andres fue muy amable, nos recomendó lugares para visitar y donde comer, volvería sin duda.

This is our second time staying at Natasha’s condo in Miraflores and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! We traveled with our family- 3 boys ages 3-8 years old and the condo was spacious allowing for kids to have space. The views don’t get much better- the ocean is right there! With beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. The condo is in a great location- we walked to LarcoMar, surrounding shops, costa verde for a stroll, and restaurants daily. Natasha is a wonderful host- she regularly checked in to make sure our stay was satisfactory. The condo has 24/7 doormen and the entrance remains locked making you and your belongings feel safe. There is a washer and dryer which comes in handy daily when traveling with small children. We definitely recommend Natasha’s condo as a safe, beautiful, and walkable condo to stay in Miraflores.

Dos semanas súper agradables en el départemento, súper céntrico, cerca a Barranco, MiraFlores. Muy cerca hay tiendas y hay un supermercado también a pocas cuadras. El edificio súper tranquilo y siempre hay seguridad en la entrada, nos encantó el lugar, además de la vista a la playa. Muchas gracias por todo! 🇵🇪😊

Todo muy bien, la ubicación con vista al mar excelente los alrededores tranquilos y la disponibilidad del anfitrion para ayudar cien puntos.

Our family of 7 stayed here for the holidays. It was a spacious apartment with beautiful views! Amazing location too. Tere was an exceptional host! Always responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
