Eduardo was extremely helpful and communicative. The place was exactly as he described in the listing. The reception staff were very friendly. The area is very safe and in a prime location.

Nos hospedamos con mi pareja para trabajar remoto y vacacionar. El alojamiento fue muy cómodo, en una zona transitada y segura. María estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada y a las necesidades que tuviéramos, nos explicó todo con detalle y no tuvimos problemas durante nuestra estadía. Incluso nos preparó el ambiente para poder trabajar. El colchón es bastante blando, a tener en cuenta. Las ventanas tienen doble vidrio, así que por la noche se puede dormir bien. Si bien en momentos de alto tránsito se pueden llegar a escuchar bocinas aún con las ventanas cerradas, por la noche disminuye la actividad y se puede descansar sin problemas.

Excelente alojamiento, hacían limpieza y tenían perfectamente todo ordenado y listo a lo que llegaba por la tarde. El Anfitrión super amigable, educado y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación estuvo perfecta y una vista maravillosa. En mi regreso a Lima, no dudaré en volver a regresar a este lugar. Saludos desde Ecuador

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé et toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans l'appartement pour me permettre de passer un très bon séjour à Lima.

Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

Amazing location, great host, and very safe! I had a great time staying at Polo’s location. He was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He was accesible at all times and he was very helpful. I can’t wait to come back and stay at his place again!

When we arrived at the AirBNB our host was welcomed us. The place was just as discribed. It was nicely decorated and had enough space for two people comfortably. There was always a security person at the front desk. The AirBNB is located in a busy central location and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Our host recommended places for us to visit and restaurants where we could eat. Thanks to her we had a great time in Lima. Due to a mixed up in our tour schedule we had to extend our time in Lima, our host was kind enough to let us remain for two additional days. We would most definetly recommend this AirBNb

Carolina war ein ganz toller Host. ausgeszeichnet - immer erreichbar, sebst zu später Stunde! klare, gute Anweisungen!! Es war alles bestens! ganz nettes App., ideal gelegen, ruhig, hübsch eingerichtet! Einziges Manko: der Fußboden gehört besser gewischt und das App. (insebes.die Kästen) müssten regelmäßiger gelüftet werden! Anmerkung zur Küche: Töpfe und Pfanne tauschen, da leider der Schutzbelag abblättert!

Catherine’s flat is a bit of paradise right in the very most desirable spot in Barranco. She is a prompt, friendly, and helpful communicator: her guests’ happiness and comfort are her top priorities. The apartment is clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated with her own designs and handiwork and her talented daughter’s artwork. The terrace is bright and sunny at midday in midsummer; it’s not completely hidden from view (several other flats look down onto it), but quite private considering the number of nearby dwellings. If you leave the terrace doors open and the bathroom door ajar, a gentle fresh breeze runs right through the apartment. Light sleepers should be cautioned that the entrance door to the flat is not acoustically insulated, and people entering the building late on weekends aren’t always considerate. The bed and furniture are quite comfortable. Doormen Pedro and William are kind and friendly. This is a fantastic apartment, and I wish Catherine & Veronica the best.

It was so easy and calm staying in San Isidro , I had to extend my stay for another 5 days, it was great! 💯

The Appartment is modern in a high rise with security and is very well equipped. Mario is a great host that is always availabe for support. The location in Lince, a safe middle class neighborhood, is perfect for somebody that enjoys to live with the peruvian people on a day to day basis and yet prefers to be close to the center in the north and Miraflores in the south. I really enjoyed my stay here and would always come back.

I stayed at this cozy studio apartment in Barranco, Lima, for five weeks, and it was an absolute pleasure. The spacious and well-appointed space makes it the perfect home base for my time in the city. The apartment was equipped with great amenities, including a reliable AC unit (a lifesaver during the warmer days) and a filtered water system that I appreciated. The location is ideal—close to various restaurants and cafes, and with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the rest of Lima. Carlos, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I had. He made sure everything was in good condition and even attended to any updates or maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barranco or Lima in general.

Estuvo bien todo pero sugeriría poner sal y aceite ya que solo venden eso en cantidad grande y después no tienes cómo llevártelo :(

El alojamiento era perfecto para nosotros. La cocina era una de las mejor equipadas que hemos tenido en nuestro viaje hasta ahora. Hay un gran supermercado a unos 2 minutos y la Plaza de Flores está justo en la puerta. Se puede llegar al centro histórico en unos 30 minutos en taxi/Uber. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y Rosa siempre respondió rápidamente a los mensajes. El único inconveniente son las rejillas de ventilación justo al lado de la cama, lo que hace que sea un poco ruidoso.

Diego y Brenda me hicieron sentir como en casa desde el día que llegué. Respondían todas mis inquietudes rápido y me dieron muchas sugerencias para manejarme en mi estadía de 2 meses. Estuve trabajando desde el depa y la conexión a Internet era super buena. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros de los mejores restaurantes, bares y galerías de arte de Barranco. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme allí, gracias por todo!!
