Vacation rentals with beach access in Santiago de Surco

This was our second stay at this apartment! Very convenient to restaurants, and grocery store. Neighboorhood is a safe place. Owners are so good to work with. All the special touches they have in their apartment make their place seem like a home away from home. They have a list of great recomendations! We tried a few of them. Highly recommend this place!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, très bon emplacement et bel appartement. Analía est une super hôte, la communication avec elle était très fluide, de plus elle a été plus qu'arrangeante au sujet de nos bagages!

Great location! We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again. Both bedrooms had smart tv’s, would have been nice if the living room did too, only basic cable on the living room. Place was clean and modern. Thanks again.

We had a lovely stay in Miraflores! The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the water and a charming little balcony overlooking the tennis courts. The space was ideal for two people and felt very safe, with 24-hour concierge service in the building. Gated parking was important too. The apartment had all the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, though it’s worth noting that the setup is fairly minimal. We had a small issue early on, but Orlando was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly, which we really appreciated. While the apartment overlooks the tennis courts, access is limited to members only, something we were a bit disappointed to find out, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you for hosting us! We really enjoyed our time here.

Manuel's home in Miraflores is easily one of the best home's I've ever stayed in period. Such a lovely apartment and everything so tastefully decorated. Everything functioned perfectly, not to mention one of the best showers I've ever had the pleasure of using. The view from the 17th floor is a beautiful one and almost trippy from how high up it is and being able to overlook the whole neighborhood + the water. I 100% recommend going to CasaLuz for the house, but staying for the host. Manuel was absolutely amazing and so prompt with anything we could've needed the entire trip. We were constantly stocked on purified water bottles and even had a cleaning service come through occasionally. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Manuel!

Marisol’s apartment is a great place to stay in Barranco. It is very close to the main square & great restaurants (like a 5min walk). The terrace is the highlight of- large & comfortable. The rest of the apartment is also well appointed with a large couch & dining area. Marisol was very nice to communicate with and helpful. Check in & check out was very easy. One thing to note: the apartment is close to a larger street, so you can hear the traffic (i.e. might want to bring earplugs for sleeping).

What a glorious place Drew has, in a bustling spot of Lima. The views are remarkable, with a bit of the ocean viewable as well. The place is surrounded by amazing restaurants and the high class grocery store right across the street was a huge bonus. I had just finished a two and a half week trek through Peru, and just wanted some downtime, some relaxation. This was the perfect spot for that. My first day, I watched a number of movies, relaxing on the comfortable couch, made some popcorn, and felt like I was home. This is a place I look forward to returning to, and Drew made everything simple and smooth, with a great vibe and quick communication. I absolutely loved my stay in this gorgeous place.

Le logement est spacieux, très agréable et très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la promenade le long de l'océan. Les hôtes se sont montrés très réactifs et accueillants. Malgré le fait que nous ayons eu la malchance d'avoir deux coupures d'eau indépendantes de la volonté de nos hôtes, notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Appartamento che rispecchia esattamente quanto scritto. Teresa Host reattiva e sempre presente. Vista Oceano, come descritto. Area nei dintorni comoda, per spostarsi camminando o in auto.

Nos gustó mucho quedarnos en el departamento de Luis , el y su equipo son súper atentos , responden muy rápido a cualquier pregunta. La área súper tranquila . Muchos lugares a donde caminar . Muy buenos restaurantes en todos los alrededores. El personal del condominio también súper atento. Definitivamente lo recomendaría en tu estadía en Lima . Gracias ☺️

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! El apartamento es muy agradable, una gran vista al mar.

Era tal como estaba en las fotos. Pulcro todo. Buena provision de toallas e implementos adicionales en cocina, diferencia de otros espacios. El mobiliario era de buenos materiales. La TV tenía todo lo necesario, WiFi sin problemas. Cómodo y mucha luz.

Me sentí como en casa y el lugar es lindo!! Todo al alcance!! 🤗👌🏻
