We were so glad we chose Casa Aloé Vera for our stay in Santiago - it was the perfect place to explore the island from. We loved eating Vany's delicious breakfasts watching the local birds from the veranda in the morning - the kingfishers are beautiful! The cottage is in a great location, just a 15-20 minute walk to Cidade Velha where there are some good restaurants and the fantastic UNESCO sights to explore. Inside the house itself is really homely, with everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. Sonia was very communicative and even helped us find a travel agent to help with internal flight before we'd even. We'd love to return one day to this little spot of paradise.

Franchement mon expérience au Cap-Vert ne pouvais pas mieux se passer , j’ai beaucoup apprécier le logement et l’hôte toujours là pour nous , il nous a manquée de rien et à aucun moment on s’est senti déranger franchement je recommande

People from Toronto, New York, Chicago and California, I extremely recommend Evandro House. Very well located, close to the beach 🏝️ and others stores by walking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Then, thank you to this wonderful , beautiful community in Praïa and Cape verdian in general. This island ( country ) is unique, they believe in their freedom and their African heritage and identity. Just one more time, thanks Evandro for everything you’ve been very generous, kind and helpful. I’ll remember to you every day.

Un joli petit appartement, 20 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la plage. Il y a des supérettes à côté et on peut trouver facilement des taxis. Cependant, beaucoup de vent le soir qui fait claquer les vitres et peut causer des difficultés pour dormir. Gros coup de cœur pour la vue sur la ville depuis l'immense terrasse. Merci beaucoup Sonia !

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Praia. The location was convenient, close to grocery stores and the airport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Logement super et accueil chaleureux par Fabrice et Magali, que demander de plus ? La vue sur la mer est fabuleuse, et la nuit le bruit des vagues berce votre sommeil. La douche est sans doute une des meilleures de l'ïle (pression et eau chaude). Le lieu d'accueil, Ribeira da Prata, est un petit village très sympa (avec une superbe plage) que nous avons préféré à son voisin Tarrafal, plus anonyme. Pour conclure, une adresse à ne pas louper !!!

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Le logement est très correct,les équipements sont bons. Les commerces et la mer sont proches. Mais surtout Maria est exceptionnelle,proche,réactive, sympathique. Excellente pâtissière,elle nous à offert de bon gâteau. On se sent comme chez soi. Son mari parle anglais et un peu le Français. Je recommande cette belle expérience
