Waterfront vacation rentals in Santiago

Couldn’t ask for a better location access to shopping center, restaurant, and bar.

This was such a beautiful space to stay. It was great waking up to a view of the water and listening to waves crashing on shoreline. The host family was helpful and responsive to questions ask. The place matched the picture. The only drawback is the accessibility of taxi from the premise, but this is remedied by walking out to the main road or nearby gas/petrol station. Overall, I enjoyed my time and will consider staying again if in area.

We felt very comfortable with Madilu. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly and charmingly furnished. We particularly liked the open kitchen on the terrace. There are numerous restaurants nearby, the grocery stores are easily accessible and the sea is at your doorstep. Cidade Velha is a special place as well as Madilu's place. We'll be sure to recommend

Staying at your home is like an open door to a cultural experience in the life of an artistic family and learning much more about Cape Verdean music and culture. It was a very special time of my trip to Cape Verde.

My friend and I stayed here for spring break and it was amazing! We felt very at home and Nina was super nice. We arrived at 2am which is super late and she was ready to greet us at the door. She was very helpful and responsive with any questions we asked. The first morning we were there she made breakfast for us. She was so kind throughout the whole trip. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a fabulous place this is. Cintia is very helpful and communicative. Mamadu met us at the airport which was great. He looks after the place and helps with suggestions directions etc. Rooms are spotless, big and very comfortable. Pool area, loungers and barbecue area are reminiscent of villas we have paid much more for. We would certainly return.

Lovely large apartment about 10minutes easy walk to the main square and beach. Very friendly hosts. Difficult to find the place just on the directions on air b and b.

Very pleasant stay. A very large terrace well sheltered from the wind. Comfortable accommodation with very good bedding. The neighborhood is typical of local life. The beach is close and so are the shops. There is a good bakery 300m away. Note that the pressure of the shower may vary from day to day. No hot water in the sink but we can do without it. Claudio had stocked the cabinets with pepper salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar, garlic, butter in the fridge and water, which we really enjoyed. Very responsive to the phone.

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The host is just great, responsive and very friendly. The accommodation is neither. I recommend it!

Great apartment with stunning views. Pool on roof & sunbeds - great addition. 10 minutes to restaurants / supermarkets by taxi- but very difficult to get taxi ( Praia wide issue) as published - nothing within walking distance.
