Super nice stay,in a quiet neighborhood the apartment was perfect and really has everything you need, really nothing is missing. You will be in the hustle and bustle of the city on foot or by vaporetto. This is highly recommended

We loved our stay in Giovanna's apartment. The location whilst easily walkable to St Mark's Square was quiet and peaceful and we felt part of a lovely neighbourhood with a local bar, pizzeria and restaurant all very close to the apartment. Public transport was very accessible and very straightforward to get back to the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some nice decorative touches and we enjoyed having breakfast in the little courtyard off the kitchen. Very pleasant stay in this quiet and bright apartment, wide staircase on the 1st floor to access it. Functional and well-equipped kitchen. Warm welcome upon arrival by Alessandro. We'll be happy to go back!

Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. For the 2 of us, it was a very spacious apartment and was sparkling clean. It is a long walk from the city center or train station. No problem for us, enough beauty to see, but the water buses are really faster to get to your destination. We ourselves loved this less touristy neighborhood to stay. Has some simple and cheap restaurants in the neighborhood. Exquisitely eaten everywhere. Apartment is close to the stadium of FC Venice. Napoli came to visit this weekend. A lot of people came to that but we found that something came to life as a positive for the neighborhood. Many small independent businesses in the neighborhood were open on Sunday morning. Perfect to score another traditional simple sandwich somewhere with good coffee. In the apartment, the football game goes by for the most part. You won't notice until you hit the street.
