The entrance to the apartment is a little off-putting, but the space itself is neat and clean and has everything you need (comfy bed, good shower, Wi-Fi, washing machine, kitchenette). No views, but handy little yard and the best location in leafy St Helene - a quiet green area away from the tourist madness but 20 minutes walk from St Mark's square (or hop on a boat) and right next to the Biennale site. Decent pizza place practically on the doorstep, good restaurant just around the corner, and ferry stop a minute away. Thanks to Sebastiano for all his helpful advice.

What a beautiful location, walking from Liz’s property through the trees and houses to St Marks, was one of our favourite parts of the holiday and we had never seen this gorgeous side of Venice before. Property is relaxing, cool and very spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful break. A truly local Venetian experience.

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

We had a great time at this place in Venice. The apartment is as described: clean, well-equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated. One of its major assets is undoubtedly its ideal location, close enough to easily reach the must-see sites, while being far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It's a real haven of peace after a day of sightseeing. We really enjoyed this calm, which allows you to discover another side of Venice, more authentic and serene. Responsive host. I recommend it without hesitating!

We have an excellent stay in this property it is in a quiet neighborhood but with very quick access to local restaurants and attractions (including the Peggy Guggenheim) and easy access to the water bus. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Venezia.
