Lovely apartment in a lovely area of Venice. Away from the busy tourist areas, but withing walking distance. The apartment was as described and spotless on arrival. Rick was a great host, helpful and very quick to respond to any queries we had. We had an amzing stay celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and would definitely recommend. Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Venise. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description : propre, bien équipé, confortable et décoré avec goût. L’un de ses atouts majeurs est sans doute sa localisation idéale, suffisamment proche pour rejoindre facilement les sites incontournables, tout en étant assez en retrait de l’agitation touristique. C’est un vrai havre de paix après une journée de visites. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce calme, qui permet de découvrir un autre visage de Venise, plus authentique et serein. Hôte réactif. Je recommande sans hésiter !

excellent séjour Alice est venue nous accueillir à la gare nous a remis les clé et fourni diverses informations utiles logement conforme aux photos à 1 km à pied du palais des doges qu on voit de la fenêtre de la location super vue également sur le canal sauf quand un bateau de croisiere stationne juste devant ce qui occasionne également du bruit mais très satisfait dans l ensemble .

Très satisfait de mon séjour chez Carlo. Son logement est idéalement situé dans un quartier à la fois très calme et parfaitement sûr, tout en étant à deux pas d’une grande rue animée, avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants et une excellente pizzeria juste à côté. L’appartement est proche des transports en commun et de tous les lieux touristiques, ce qui en fait un point de départ parfait pour visiter la Biennale et les merveilles de Venise. Les jardins sont également tout proches. Tout s’est parfaitement bien passé durant ce court séjour culturel. Merci encore pour tout . je reviendrais.

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.
