Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

Five stars just because you can't give more! Michela is available and very responsive to requests. The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts possible (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, grill, barbecue, air conditioning both on the ground floor and in the mezzanine, TV) and upon arrival all present to start the stay (body soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, jams and breakfast brioches, laundry detergent and dishwasher, necessary for barbecue); also equipped with towels and sheets (also for the small baby bed). Plus: Welcome kit with cold ichnusa in the fridge and great cherry tomatoes. Definitely relaxing place, out of the chaos but a three-minute drive from Flumendosa beach, recommended by Michela (beautiful, not too crowded and with very affordable prices for umbrellas and sun loungers). Basically, arrive and feel immediately on vacation thanks to the host's accuracy.

Nice, spacious and great location place. You will find everything you need to live there comfortably for days. We really liked it and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful accommodation with 2 large terraces and a location close to the sea, 50 m from the sea and 150 m from the beach... very clean accommodation with very good quality bedding... beach amenities available to guests. Luca is very accommodating and very responsive. The residence is located about 500 m away. of the center with access by steps, small very quiet city...

Super equipped freshly renovated house in a beautiful location in a pine grove and surrounded by landscaped garden. Fully equipped. Fully equipped for up to 6 people! There is a large brick grill and a wood-burning oven on the property. There is no oven in the kitchen itself. For this a large fridge with large separate freezer. By car or bike, Maladroxia, Coaquaddus and Cala Sapone, Turri as well as the other excursion destinations can be reached quickly. Many thanks to the host Veronica for her courteous manner and quick response to anything that could cause problems. It was a wonderful stay, except for the annoying mosquitoes and brakes. A really lovely, spacious apartment right on the water! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was such a nice bonus for a long stay. Also a nice that we arrived to welcome gifts from the hosts. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

The property is quite small and has few rooms. The welcome is therefore very personalized. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a kitchenette and bathroom in the bedroom. The pool is heated which is nice. The restaurant at the property was not open yet, but there was a breakfast offered every morning, baked goods, cereal, fruit and coffee. As well as a bar from which it was possible to order drinks during the day. The hosting was very nice, the staff knowledgeable and very smiling. We had a great time.

We stayed 5 days in Stefania's apartment and we absolutely recommend it if you are looking for a strategic location to get around along the south - south west coast and a comfortable, very quiet and extremely beautiful place to stay. The apartment is located in the context of the main villa, with a separate entrance. We really liked it, it is furnished with great care, very large, the terrace is airy during the day and sheltered from the sun. We particularly liked the bed (very comfortable, you'll sleep well) and the huge sofa equally comfortable. The host Stefania was very attentive to our needs, punctual in communications, gave us excellent and useful tips for visiting places and beaches. Recommended!

We go to Sant 'Antioco once or twice a year to relax and it is ideal because it is between the waterfront and the center near restaurants, bars, pizzerias, crafts, post offices and an archaeological area.

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

I needed peace, and found absolute serenity. beginning of April there is just a few locals. The beach isn't cleaned like lots of Italian beaches, I had my surf / diving boots, so ideal to enter the water. To me this is paradise. The place is huge, and separate bedroom.

I stayed at Corrado's house with my family of 5, including 2 kids and 1 baby. Fabulous house in all respects, equipped with many comforts and with a very pleasant outdoor space where you can eat in the calm of the place, in a great location to reach all the most beaches of South Sardinia and its beautiful coastline. We will definitely return to this area and to Corrado's, a fantastic person always ready to help and really hospitable. Thank you.

The place is well located with a nice view overlooking the city towards the harbour. Walking distance to the Main Street and many excellent restaurants. A bit tricky to drive to but follow the signs for the museum, I found that easier. There is not much parking in front of the place but it was easy to park near the cross near the museum maybe 50 meters away. The place is very functional with everything working perfectly. Marieteresa was very responsive and proactive. I had an excellent stay and the food in Carloforte is excellent!! Known for its tuna there are many choices for multi-course menus with wine pairing. I highly suggest you check this out. Thank you Marieteresa.
