A lovely porch offers a relaxation area, showers, and outdoor dining spaces. Multiple entrances give access to a large kitchen-living room, adjacent to a comfortable bedroom and the main bathroom. The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces. This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors. It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

It is not the most beautiful beach on the island, but for this reason it is not very popular, and it is located halfway between the most beautiful beaches and the town.
