The villa was beautiful - stunning location - and perfectly furnished. Lovely walk to Ponta do Sol village but the walk back is not for the faint hearted - Bolt is available :-) Whilst there were a few teething issues on arrival, Rita was super responsive and helpful in sorting any problems and our stay was great. It was a lovely stay in a stunning villa with amazing views and we would love to come back.

It was a peaceful and safe, rural and a bit far from the tourist centers area. Good access by local roads, although the last bit is well uphill. A small football stadium in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful views of the slightly distant ocean and the majestic Eagle Rock from the windows. The parking lot belongs to the property for one car, or a second car must be parked on the street or with the neighbors.

A beautiful spacious accommodation. well equipped and well located. Pleasant stay and close to beautiful hikes.

Madeira is adorable and the place was too! The accommodation is superbly equipped, you have everything you need. The location is fantastic. In the bedrooms, there are small "windows" to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea. Constantino was super nice, always helpful when we had questions about the island and he gave us great tips. Everything was clean, well-maintained and cozy. This Airbnb was worth every penny! We were more than satisfied!!! Thank you for this unforgettable time!

Amazing stay at a spacious, cozy and fully equipped apartment. The host was very welcoming and easily reachable. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the city. Couldn’t ask for more.

Despite an initial hiccup, our stay in Filipe's house in Madalena do Mar was blissful. Being nestled in a banana plantation felt like living a dream, with the most stunning sunsets lighting up the evening sky. Madalena do Mar is a beautiful part of the world and we didn’t want to leave. It was simply brilliant, like stepping into a little slice of paradise.

Sabino and his family were fantastic hosts. Flexible with our arrival time, clear instructions, usuful suggestions, warm and friendly welcome at the house. The house had everything we needed. The terrace is fantastic, and the big garden can be used as well - Sabino and familiy even explained us all the plants and trees they are growing. The location is calm yet close to multiple atractions on the north side of the island. I could only recomend Sabino and his house for a great vacation in Madeira. thanks!

Modern apartment in a beautiful & peaceful setting. Check-in was straightforward and there was parking outside for our small hire car. Kitchen was generally well-equipped though we found it missing a few basics which would have made it tricky if we'd wanted to cook more ourselves.

The apartment is located near the airport, and it is quite convenient. This is a full-fledged apartment, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an oven. Check-in was easy with the instructions sent. I was particularly pleased with the balcony, as it overlooks the ocean. The beach is nearby, there is a market on the beach where you can buy tuna, dorado and other fish at very pleasant prices. Host Mara responds promptly, is polite and sociable.

Great stay in Madeira in a rather well located, quiet and peaceful accommodation with an extraordinary view. Caring host, responds to requests and very good hosting. I highly recommend this listing!

Ideally located for hiking at the tip of San Lourenço, the environment is very quiet. You can walk to town. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The mattress and pillows are very hard!

A lovely stay! A great top floor apartment within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Easy to check in and good facilities

A lovely spot with great views of Funchal. The location was very close to a supermarket, good restaurants, and many bus stops. The host and his assistant were very helpful and responsive.

The stay at Juan’s House let us to relax in great atmosphere. The apartment is well equiped even including cofee machine. There is a view at ocean from taracce. It is very clean and very well prepared for guests.

The location is great, as there is a bus stop right in front of the building, with this bus you can easily get to Funchal within 15-20 minutes. Jose also offers an underground parking space. We were very warmly welcomed by Jose's mother, the communication was a bit difficult because she only speaks Portuguese and Spanish, but you could communicate well and we were shown the apartment and everything important. If you had any questions, Jose was always available and you got an answer from him within a few minutes. I would check back in anytime.

Well located accommodation. Small supermarket and bakery very close. As well as restaurants where you could eat. Everything available for a carefree holiday. Airport and Funchal are less than a 15-minute drive away.

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the individuality of the apartment and the outdoor space . It is up a hill but all good exercise ! The bus stop for the ride to Monte Palace Gardens is close by and makes a lovely day out . Carlos is welcoming and the apartment is lovely and clean .

The place is in an amazing location. 5-star reception. I'll be back!
