The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . In 2021 was built a new and panoramic swimming pool that completes the villa and will make your vacation unforgettable. villa is for 5 guests.

The Gabbiano accommodation is part of a house divided into three small adjoining apartments, each with its own independent entrance and private garden. The garden leads directly to the beach. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen where you can eat, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A means of transportation (car or scooter) is essential as the area is not served by public transportation.

The house is located a few kilometers from Cefalù, near the small village of San Ambrogio. Surrounded by nature, surrounded by olive trees, near the Parque delle Madonie, the view of the rock of Cefalù and the islands of the Aeolian archipelago will enchant you at all times of the day with a change of colors, from the light blue of the morning to the red fire of the sunset to the starry blue of the night.

Appartamento situato al centro di un piccolo borgo a soli 6 km da Cefalù, ottimo per chi cerca relax lontano dalle mete turistiche più affollate. Sant'Ambrogio si erge a picco sul mare e gode di una lunghissima spiaggia in ciotoli dove è presente un lido attrezzato con bar e ristorante per ogni necessità. Tassa di soggiorno 2 euro al giorno per i primi 5 giorni a persona da pagare in contanti all'arrivo.

Beach house 1

House by the sea just 4 km from the center of Cefalù and 1 km from Sant’Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea!
