If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. Beside Spasimo church, in the heart of Kalsa district, the apartment is really close to Orto botanico, Palazzo Abatellis Gallery, Magione church, Foro italico. Very close to restaurants and pizza places, excellent bakery around the corner, a fish vendor at the end of the street and two travelling little trucks who call out their wares in the morning. This allows a genuine living experience in the old part of the city.
