Lorie is super responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and equipped with what I need, and Lorie communicates what isn’t there so I was well prepared. The place is also super accessible and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, I will book again when I’m back ☺️

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

This place is worth every penny. View of Taal Volcano is breath taking. Too bad thw microwave wasn't working during our visit. Overall, this is a great place to stay in. Relaxing vibes with great view. ❤️

Great and cozy place, however there were some items not accessible such as utensils particularly spoon and forks.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Great Find. I am satisfied with my stay especially with the unit. The unit has amenities and equipments needed. Private walkable place, has pool and basketball court. Will book again if given a chance.

The place is nice and very accessible to Tagaytay's famous restaurants or tourist places. The place is well kept and the garden of the bldg is really nice & peaceful. The amenities have fees though, would have been nice if it was free to use. Nonetheless, it was a nice place to rest after walking around Tagaytay.

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

my family really enjoyed staying at Nicolas's house during the holidays. the house was very clean and has everything needed by my family and visitors. it was also very close to nuvali for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. we will surely book the place again in our next visit to the Philippines.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The caretaker was very accommodating, and Ms. Mary Ann was quick to respond to all our concerns. The air conditioning was strong, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We did encounter a problem with the electricity, which unfortunately led us to check out earlier than planned. However, overall, the experience was excellent. The place is well-maintained and truly worth visiting. If we get another opportunity, we would definitely love to return.
