Monthly Rentals in Santa Rosa

Is a simple studio with a soft bed, working desk, hot water showers, security gate, and full ROKU TV. As advertised. Was a great place to stay for a while. Nice and cozy.

The house is very nice and comfortable. The private pool is great to cool off for a while, even for my children it was great, you have to anticipate some purchases if your plan is to spend a lot of time at home or very close there is a market where you will find fresh products from the region

100% recommended. The photos and description are the same as the stay. They left it super clean!!! I lived there for 3 months and worked remotely, the internet had excellent speed and never failed. I traveled with my dogs and we were comfortable, just consider that the rented area is not fenced so you have to be careful with pets so that they do not walk around the entire property without supervision. Fer was always very attentive, she immediately resolved some things that came up and made recommendations. The house doesn't have parking, but it's safe to leave the car on the street. The area it is in is easily accessible and you can get to almost anywhere quickly. I really loved living there for three months and loved Fer's attention. The experience of waking up among gardens and cooking outside is awesome and the house doesn't heat up from the stove. I will really miss living here. Don't hesitate to rent this country house
