We loved staying here. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We come to Pensacola every year and this will definitely be our go to stop. As soon as we walked in we noticed it was very clean and had everything we needed. It had tons of beach accessories,towels and blankets. They also left cookies with a note. My husband and daughter ate all the cookies in two days, they were great. The back yard is lovely and private. You’ll seriously never want to leave.

What a beautiful place! Bonnie was a gracious host and creates such lovely surroundings. The instructions and guidance were 100% accurate, as was the description. This was perfect for one person (would have been fine for two as well). It was comfortable and very clean and worked well for my four-night stay. It was VERY affordable, particularly considering the gorgeous neighborhood and proximity to beach and parks. Would 100% stay here again!

Jean is extremely friendly, accommodating, and willing to please. She is a true professional with regards to providing small but thoughtful and much appreciated items and services e.g. shaving cream, fresh fruit, reading materials, beach supplies, etc. Jean's picture appears in the dictionary when looking up the words "detailed" and "superhost"! When asked, I doubt many hosts would go to the trouble of finding out-of-town guests, an Easter sunrise service to attend complete with directions to the site. This act of kindness exemplified her desire to serve her guests well. We appreciate Jean and always enjoy our conversations. She does an outstanding job!

Love the East Hill. Charming and peaceful. The cottage is cozy and quiet. We enjoyed our time there.

Our first tiny home experience, and it was wonderful! The space was super adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed. We were even able to bring our kitty. The shower had great hot water, and the bed comfortably fit both my husband and me. We spent a cozy evening watching movies on the TV. In the morning, we woke up to the sounds of birds and the beauty of nature all around us. The location felt very private — perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that every single detail had been thoughtfully considered. The house was so cozy and welcoming—it felt like a true retreat. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower—such a game changer after the beach! Every house should have one, honestly. It made things so much easier with our two little ones (ages 2 and 9 months) who were covered in sand. The porch was another highlight—I spent so much time out there just relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was beautifully set up, and my fiancé couldn’t get enough of the backyard. Our two year old loved the hammock! The natural lighting was chefs kiss! We truly didn’t want to leave. You’ve created a wonderful home, and we’re so grateful you shared it with us. We can’t wait to come back!! 10/10

We stayed for a long weekend at the Blackwater Bungalow-such a charming lil cabin! Absolutely loved it & our stay. Pool in the park was a treat & was so refreshing. Beaches are an easy drive, as are local supermarkets. Locals are friendly in this area. I’m not sure what kind of mattress is on the master bed in this sweet cabin, but man-did my husband & I sleep like babies—so comfortable & perfect! Thank you for a delightful stay, Robert! We had a terrific time on our vacation & stay in your Air BnB.

This place would make a perfect couples getaway anytime. The additional outside shower and sitting area behind the house is perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Communication was great. Location was a nice fit with things within walking distance. Would recommend to others!

Great place! We loved this place it was a very nice little place with great amenities , everything was great very clean and neat . The host Tabitha was great they had the place ready for us early which was very nice . Close to beach and close to downtown area and good restaurants. Definitely recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Clara's Cottage! The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The space was exactly as described—if not better—super cozy and comfortable. Clara was an incredible host; she was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions I had. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient spot to stay!

The cottage was everything Foxy Vacations hosts said it would be. Very cute, clean and well supplied with kitchen and bed/bath supplies. Could have used written instructions on how to use the smart thermostat.

Great place to stay, easy to find and get into. Mallory and Rick were responsive and quick to answer any questions. The place inside is super cute and the bed is fantastically comfortable! Right in the middle of downtown and a quick drive away from the beach or the base!

The Peaceful Cottage at Pensacola is a perfect retreat! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and truly lives up to its name—so tranquil and relaxing. The location is ideal, close to the beach yet tucked away in a quiet area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the little touches made our stay memorable. Malika's cottage was soooo clean I was impressed! I stayed for 5 day and felt very safe and close to everything needed. I would highly suggest to anyone needing a clean nice place to stay in the Pensacola area.
