The house was very spacious and clean, with each room having its own bathroom, which was super convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing trip. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

What an incredible experience!! This is THE gem of the hills. Sitting right at the top with one of the best views of LA we’ve ever seen. Private and filled with charm, a truly magical home tucked away with layers of spaces to relax and rewind, crystal chandeliers that catch the just right, and windows that offer views in every corner of the house. The greenery and decor and attention to detail make you feel like you are truly living in the Beverly Hills. We had a fantastic staycation as if this was our own little oasis. The host was so sweet, flexible, and communicative. I cannot recommend this spot enough!!!!

We were here for my wedding and Sophia’s and Casey’s villa was large enough to host my wedding party. It is a beautiful place and they were communicative. It very clean and looks even better in person. 100% would recommend

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

If you like the beach, you wanna be close this is the perfect spot. Keep in mind you’ll hear the noise from the street but it’s worth it. Put some white noise on your phone and it cancels all that out.. hard to find a spot right on the beach with garage parking all the amenities you need beach towels, toys bikes, everything! Great place to stay!

We loved this home it’s spacious, up dated, entertaining but above all just an all around beautiful home. We will definitely be back again.

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

We were in Pomona for a Quinceanera and needed to find a place to accommodate everyone in my immediate family. When I found the place and looked at the pictures I instantly booked. The overall stay was better than we expected. The check-in and instructions were easy. Everything was as described and in the pictures. The house was clean and nicely set up and felt like a home. The host was reachable and even FaceTimed when we had an issue with the spa and got it working. His quick and immediate response made the stay even much more accommodating and better. One person in the party fell in love with the massage chair. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Great place! Clean and tastefully decorated. Many little extras provided to make you feel like you’re at home (coffee filters, beach towels, and even some snacks)! The complex pool is nice, uncrowded and only steps away. Great instructions on everything from this super responsive host. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!
