Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Maria Maggiore

Beautiful, very well-equipped and clean apartment with great and unspoiled views of Lake Orta. Well-maintained outdoor area with private parking. The house with a total. 3 apartments are relatively new and in a corresponding very good condition. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

Beautiful home, tastefully decorated and equipped. Giulia is very attentive both in her directions to welcome you, and in the preparation of the accommodation, advice on site. A beautiful garden with a real lake view. Great place! Giulia is a real superhost!!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is tastefully & functionally furnished. The view of Lake Maggiore, the valleys & mountains is spectacular.

We felt so comfortable! Unfortunately, we had a rather rainy week... but in this spacious apartment, that was really okay. We were here with a baby, the crib was set up extra - thank you! High chair also available. The little one took his first steps here, crawled many laps and he was able to do that because the apartment is really clean and tidy... Cozy and thoughtfully designed. It was possible to stay on the beautiful large terrace and in the shady green garden. Everything is available in the kitchen and in good condition. Plenty of seating, games and books. And everything in good condition. Not the old, almost broken, discarded one that ends up in some other apartments. Of course, it's always easy to park in the house in the large garage! Thank you! We will definitely come back!

You immediately feel comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. The location is very quiet and the view was enchanting, especially the morning sun on the lake. Would book this Airbnb again in a heartbeat!

Alessio’s appartement was a great spot for a few days trip to Domodossola. We had everything we needed: great location, quiet surrounding, high quality amenities and easy communication with Alessio. Clear recommendation!

A big and heartfelt thank you to Emilio for the wonderful week we spent in his apartment and at the campsite! Sometimes random finds are the best finds :-) We could now repeat the same things from the previous positive reviews, but we will keep it short and confirm everything written so far! But still, in addition to the impeccable apartment, we would like to highlight the exceptionally clean and very beautiful surroundings, more precisely the campsite incl. the super (large) pool and with everything else the campsite has to offer and to which the apartment is attached. We hope that in the near future we will have the opportunity to spend our Pentecost vacation there again!

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

We stayed at Flavia's place for one night and had a very nice stay. It is a very well-kept house with everything you need. We highly recommend it.

Although, the traffic is a bit loud in front of the house, the town and people were charming. I'd definitely go back. the house is very large and comfortable. the entry courtyard is gorgeous.

Christian's place is a great place to explore the area. It is very clean and has everything you need. There are two outdoor areas for sitting, which is really great. Thanks to the key box, check-in is super flexible and easy, which was important to us. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the nearest parking and is easy to reach. We felt very comfortable!

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. Another plus is that the restaurants, villages and Locarno are also within walking distance. Thank you Sandra, to another time

We had a great vacation at Marco's apartment. Patrizia with dog Lilli are on site and super nice. No matter what, she always helps and gives tips for the area. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place. She was so kind, always quick to respond, gave great recommendations on local cuisine and flexible. The home is located very close to a small beach area and right over the bridge are a wonderful selection of amazing restaurants and cafés. Would definitely recommend! Even without the full kitchen, the place was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our toddler and Alessandra was also happy to accomodate our needs (baby bed, bathtub and high chair). The air conditioning is amazing for those hot summer days and the outdoor patio was wonderful, especially with the plants! Please note that the outdoor area is shared with the host as well as another airbnb listing from the host right next door. The other couple was very friendly though and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!!

Super nice, clean apartment. Very nicely decorated. It had everything you need to relax. Great location.

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. Has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and paddleboarding! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

The accommodation was clean, well located 10 min walk to the center. Perfect for families, we were with an 18-month-old baby. Ground floor terrace, private entrance, as described. Very friendly hosts, looking forward to returning. I would highly recommend it.

Super nice host! Dennis was there for our concerns in any situation and always available. We enjoyed spending a lot of time at the property as it is super quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. We would always come back ☺️
