Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Maria Maggiore

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mit tollem und unverbautem Blick auf den Ortasee. Gepflegte Außenanlage mit privatem Parkplatz. Das Haus mit insges. 3 Ferienwohnungen ist relativ neu und in einem entsprechenden sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung kann von uns uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Magnifique logement, décoré et équipé avec goût. Giulia est aux petits soins tant dans ses indications pour vous accueillir, que dans la préparation du logement, des conseils sur place. Un magnifique jardin avec une vraie vue sur le lac. Excellente adresse! Giulia est une véritable super hôte !!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist geschmackvoll & funktional eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore, die Täler & Berge ist spektakulär.

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset House. There was a beautiful view on the lake, Rubens was very friendly and easy to communicate with, the house had everything we needed and it was great that our dog could freely walk around in the fenced garden.

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, die Betten waren bequem und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht war bezaubernd, vorallem die Morgensonne auf dem See. Ich würde dieses Airbnb sofort wieder buchen!

Alessio’s appartement was a great spot for a few days trip to Domodossola. We had everything we needed: great location, quiet surrounding, high quality amenities and easy communication with Alessio. Clear recommendation!

Fijn appartement, goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Uitzicht is echt prachtig, alleen daarom al een aanrader. Heerlijke tuin met verschillende zitjes. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en mooi landhuis

Einen großen und herzlichen Dank an Emilio für die wundervolle Woche, die wir in seiner Ferienwohnung und auf dem Campingplatz verbringen durften! Manchmal sind Zufallsfunde doch die besten Funde :-) Wir könnten jetzt die gleichen Dinge aus den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen alle wiederholen, machen es aber kurz und bestätigen hiermit alles bisher geschriebene! Aber trotzdem möchten wir nochmals neben der tadellosen Ferienwohnung, die außerordentlich saubere und sehr schöne Umgebung, genauer gesagt den Campingplatz inkl. dem super (großen) Pool und mit allem was der Campingplatz sonst noch zu bieten hat und an den die Ferienwohnung angegliedert ist, hervorheben. Wir hoffen, dass wir in naher Zukunft nochmals die Möglichkeit haben werden dort unseren Pfingsturlaub zu verbringen!

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung in Flavias Unterkunft und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Empfehlen wir sehr.

Although, the traffic is a bit loud in front of the house, the town and people were charming. I'd definitely go back. the house is very large and comfortable. the entry courtyard is gorgeous.

Die Unterkunft von Christian is ein super Ort um die Gegend zu erkundschaften. Es ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Es sind zwei Außenbereiche zum sitzen, was richtig toll ist. Durch den Schlüsselbox ist der Check-In super flexible und einfach, was für uns wichtig gewesen ist. Die Unterkunft ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der nächste Parkmöglichkeit und ist einfach zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sandra ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mein Mann, ich und unsere Hündin haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Sofa ist einmalig und die Küche hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Eine Traumwohnung. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass die Restaurants, Dörfer und Locarno auch gut zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Vielen Dank Sandra, auf ein Andermal

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Marco. Patrizia mit Hund Lilli sind vor Ort und super nett. Egal was ist sie hilft immer weiter und gibt Tips für die Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en goed geïnformeerd door Lorenza! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles is aanwezig en alles was super schoon. De tuin is mooi groot en omheind met een hek zodat de hond ook heerlijk vrij heeft kunnen rond lopen. Op het terras kan je heerlijk genieten van het prachtige uitzicht en van de rustige omgeving. De communicatie met Alberto was ook super, reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Alberto en Lorenza bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid, de kans dat we nogmaals komen is groot! We very much enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place. She was so kind, always quick to respond, gave great recommendations on local cuisine and flexible. The home is located very close to a small beach area and right over the bridge are a wonderful selection of amazing restaurants and cafés. Would definitely recommend! Even without the full kitchen, the place was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our toddler and Alessandra was also happy to accomodate our needs (baby bed, bathtub and high chair). The air conditioning is amazing for those hot summer days and the outdoor patio was wonderful, especially with the plants! Please note that the outdoor area is shared with the host as well as another airbnb listing from the host right next door. The other couple was very friendly though and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!!

Super schöne Saubere Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hatte alles was man braucht um zu entspannen. Tolle Lage.

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Hat viele Stufen und der Aufgang ist eng, das muss man bedenken! Der Ort Lesa ist sehr gut zum entspannen. Zum schwimmen und SUP fahren perfekt! Viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe oder auch Umgebung! Wer shoppen möchte und Trubel haben will muss nach Stresa oder Arona gehen/wobei uns Arona mehr gefallen hat! Wir haben immer unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten somit viel erkunden! Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Our stay at Barbara’s apartment was exceptional. Best abnb we have stayed in. It was absolutely immaculate. It exceeded our expectations. Barbara’s attention to detail is what makes the apartment stand out. The view over the lake from the balcony is stunning. Barbara was a very attentive host , we had a problem with the car whilst we were there and Barbara’s help was invaluable. The apartment is perfect for a short term or longer stay like we enjoyed. We toured all of the lake , the proximity to the boat terminals is very convenient in Angera or Ranco. We enjoyed a day trip to Milan by train which was very straightforward. Thank you Barbara , we will definitely return .

Le logement était propre , bien situé à 10 min à pied du centre . Parfait pour les familles ,nous étions avec un bébé de 18 mois . Terrasse pleins pied , entré privé, comme décris . Les hôtes très sympathique , au plaisir d'y retourner. Je recommande vivement.
